I think the vision he has for the program is spot on.
I think he recruits well. He handles the media like a PRO!
He shows a level of transparency to the program that I dont think we have ever had. He does an awesome job of accepting social media and working within it to connect with fans and players.
He stands up and accepts responsibility for HIS team first and foremost win lose or draw!
He has stood by a University that he basically owed nothing to and stood up and fought against sanctions when we all know he could have left
I think he coaches the heck out of these kids. I also agree that I dont always feel like its a matter of being out-coached as much as its execution on a players part. But we would never know because he stands up for his team and HE takes the responsibility.
I think the guys that have bought in, no matter who recruited them, love him and realize how much they were NOT taught by the previous staff. Ex: Lamar tweeting him thanking him for teaching him about FBI (football intelligence).

The reality is we probably underachieved in 2011 and overachieved in 2012 - all things considered that makes the most sense.
