ONE year away from competing for the Coastal!

****, even that sounds ridiculous and 100% unrealistic.

LOL! I'd love that to the the case. Any argument that would convince anyone besides the homeboy Fester/Radio/Coker "Shalala" crowd?

VT had their worst team in maybe 30 years, and we couldn't even stay on the field with them at home. We play FSU and UL (TWO GUARANTEED ACC LOSSES). That is 3 losses right there, stone cold automatic. Are you saying that 3 losses, and we somehow sweep UVA, GT, UNC and Duke just to get to 5-3, will win the Coastal? ?????????

This bag of **** thread will get bumped after every loss this coming year. What a bunch of tards thinking this staff could go up against the best in the nation in coaching and think they could win when they can't even win the **** coastal. Delusional doesn't even begin to define how stupid this is.

The problem is that the season hasn't even started and your already complaining. It's a new season and another opportunity for the defense to prove itself. I'm gunna roll with that til I have reason to think otherwise. If your not gunna be optimistic before the season even starts then when will you be?

There's plenty of "reasons to think otherwise." You just choose to ignore them and get upset when others don't.
 
Simply put this is very premature, to much has to happen first. MUST have a very good 2014 season or the wonder croots' will jump ship in '15 and '16. Coaching staff must demonstrate the ability to win big games against ranked teams with improved roster. Must be injury lucky. MUST have a serviceable QB. Also better be **** lucky.

Ace all of the above and yes 2015 can be a contending year and 2016 a possible and then the program is on the way. Miss more then 2 of the above and figure new coaching on the way and - re-boot. That's just the way it is.

2014 attainable goal - at least be in the ACCCG.

It works both ways bud, there's plenty of reasons to be positive that your ignoring. I ask again, when will you allow your mopey self to actually feel good about the team? Cause honestly, if you won't feel good about a 9 win team returning 85% of its starters I'm not sure whats gunna do it for ya.
