Well lets see, he finished 1st in his conference 3 out of those 4 years, and 2nd the other. He has also made 3 regional appearances, only missing in his first year at Wright State (hardly UM with the tradition of the Wizard).
At Wright State he improved each season and won over 40 games in each of his last two seasons. The only other coach to do this there took 10 years to accomplish the same feat. His 2016 team has the record for wins at 46. Impressive.
At UCF he won his conference in his first season and made the regional. I also believe he beat a certain blue blood program coach head to head this season.
You consider that pretty good, wow such standards. If that was Morris you would be propping him on a throne.
