Rok has told stories in the past about his experiences as a part of the football program. He was a staffer. He used to troll another site and tell people Lamar Miller injured his shoulder in practice.

He is legit.

Imagine the internet being around for recruiting 24 years ago when Marvin Jones gave us the finger and went to FSU. We were winning everything back then and still lost a local stud from a feeder school. It happens, but one player sure as **** doesn't make or break a program or a class. People then would have jumped off bridges if recruiting was as front page as it is now.

so Miami coaches went in force to MT's home even after he told them he's not going there? OK. Whatever.

Maybe he doesn't come to UM but this makes no sense whatsoever

Why wouldnt they? My reading of the OP is that they were informed he wasnt coming at the school, and that is when the decision to make Kirkland sh*t or get off the pot took place.

The stuff with Kirkland seemed to happen before the Thomas in-home. Perhaps they got word on Thomas' inclination earlier, but the in-home happened after the Kirkland drama was public.
