Not one question about his defensive rankings this year and how his defensive rankings have continued to plummet even from the Richt days.

Based on his resume as a D coordinator, he isn’t qualified to run PSU defense.

Probably Franklin doing him a favor and Manny will likely be following Franklin’s lead on defense.

Three takeaways from this:

1) Guy was devastated by getting canned. Don’t blame him, but the energy he used to have and the passion you used to see was non-existent.

2) Guy has no passion whatsoever for this new job. He’s doing it to get a shot at another HC gig and to get a nice paycheck in the process. However, you can see he’s just going through the motions. He looks emotionless tbh.

3) He’ll be gone in two years. He’s going to either sink or swim. Swim, and he’s going to take a G5 HC job somewhere. If he did a miraculous turnaround he may even get a HC gig somewhere in the P5.

Point two is wrong. His money is offset by his contract at Miami. He’s not making a dime more than he would be if he sat out. He’s doing it to stay relevant

I rarely dislike coaches. These are individuals that are passionate about their careers and work very long hours.

Manure is different. He is an absolute and total fraud.

He is easily the worst coach we have had in UM football history. His record does not reflect it since he was given more resources than the other coaches. This allowed him to hire Lashlee who developed a very talented TVD. Without TVD he wins 4 or 5 games with a fairly talented veteran team.

I don't care about him I never did I don't like the guy....so that's not caring actually. I'm talking shut cause he sucks and always has.

I won’t be watching, but if they can recruit what he needs he’ll be ok. I don’t think his system is terrible if you have the right DL. And when it works, it can be fun to watch. Even though ND gained more yards than they should have, it was fun watching all those players get blowed the f*ck up. That’s more than I can say for Doritos, his sh*t didn’t work and wasn’t fun to watch.
