Just seeing this, been off for Christmas but knew Manny got hired there. What I take from this is not necessarily how Manny will work out there but how much James Franklin is in over his head. If James Franklin is rushing to get Manny Diaz as his DC perhaps he should call Mack Brown and hear his thoughts. If James Franklin is hiring Taylor Stubblefield as his WR coach after only 1 year at UM after Manny hired him... I mean look at the lack of development of our receivers. If you want receivers to drop passes you may have your man. If you want defenders that miss tackles, you might have your man. Maybe Gurvan Hall can transfer there, and then again maybe Manny doesn't want to eat his own cooking, better chance of getting uncontaminated players to perform for a year or two versus bringing your old guys with all those bad habits (that you instilled in them). No love loss for PSU, if this is all the payback we get for the 1987 Fiesta Bowl and for Al Golden then go ahead Manny and do your worst!
