Yea really I'm not making **** up I work at the Biltmore golf course, Coach Kehoe, this kid, Sunny, and some other dude went and had breakfast at the 19th hole restraurant and then I heard them say congrats to him and he left with coach Kehoe to watch film.

No one wanted most of the DTs on the team and look at the results.... THEY FCKIN SUCK!!!

Hmmm as an o lineman it makes sense i mean we did want another guyy and nobody is saying Prestwood was on campus

This is 2014. DTs are at a premium and with the amount of exposure and social media, if this kid was worth a **** he'd have more offers than UTEP.

Even Derrick Griffin had a Texas A&M offer until signing day when they couldn't afford to waste a LOI on him.

At worst he'd have Washington State or Colorado offer.

Khalil Mack says hello, unless you're going to argue that OLBs aren't at a premium, or that he was "pre-interwebs", too. Look, I'm not saying this kid is Tez or Maryland or Ivery or Derosier or anyone else. I'm just saying that kids have always fallen through the cracks, even in the interwebs age. Maybe they're harder to find now, but they are out there.
 
I like this kid and I hope he plays right away he has talent... very aggressive and strong... he does need to work on his technique a bit though... but I really like his film he will be a stud for us... welcome to the fam!

Does anybody remember how before the 2011 season Al was talking up Darius Smith like crazy?

How'd that turn out.

Also consider this kid probably has never worked out seriously in a S&C program, based on his previous lack of discipline in the class room. But he has found the focus based on He essentially made up 2 yrs worth of work in 1 year to just become illegible, also consider that at this late date you know AG and staff had admissions go over his kids transcripts with a comb.

This is the type of developmental player Butch Davis always talked about that was athletic but had never been in a weight training program. If Brown can continue to build on the focus that motivated him to conquer hs academic hurdle, then with a red-shirt year this kid will be a 340lbs solid contributor in 2015 and a force in 2016.

I hope he does read this board so he can have a chip on his shoulder to prove us wrong.

Other than his size I see no positives in his "highlights."
