Anyone who remotely thinks Mario is even an average coach is crazy and just a homer. If people want to say he’s our coach, not going anywhere and support his sorry *** I could respect that

Mario doesn’t bring any advantages or anything anymore being a HC. People want to say the defense cost is but that is his second DC (75% of his cord hires have been failures) and Mario didn’t even do the thing he is supposedly great at…..recruiting. This is his team and the best players were manny guys and his 1 year rental QB

Mario doesn’t develop his supposedly great recruiting classes either. Let’s looks at our top 5 class and how many of those players are on the rosters or are contributors. It’s not pretty and why do people get worse the more they’re with MC?

Mario is a fookin bum and a terrible HC, but he isn’t going anywhere for a few years so let’s hope he can find us a QB that is worth a ****, hire someone worth a **** as DC and win

I doubt it happens but here’s to hope

I don't get it. People are covering for Lanning. Mario went in to OSU and beat them with Anthony Brown when they had CJ Stroud. How can you not think with the resources Oregon has that they wouldnt win it. If NIL was as big then as it is now they absolutely would be in the playoff. I'm not sure there are many coaches who could mess it up TBH.

Gotta spend that money. We let multiple stud DBs in the portal walk last offseason. Spend that ****.

What I mean by over is them being in the natty every year or every other year is over thank God. We have been bad for 20 years because the administration didn't prioritize football and most of the head coaches that were hired here were first time head coaches or coaches who had no business coaching a program that has won five Natty's. Even Larry coker had no business being the head coach. All the guys other than Manny diaz who coached here didn't really have major head coaching jobs again or any relevant job. For Mario to be successfully he needs above average coordinators. The oc is an above average oc. He isn't perfect but he is above average. Him getting ward was somewhat lucky. But let say we rolled into the year with what we had without ward at QB we would've been ****ed. They have to do better at QB and I think the young guys nickel and Coleman might be the future. I agree with you about the nil you look at the QB at Michigan getting 11 million and he hasn't taken a coach snap that could turn out to be a terrible ROI if he is average or below average time will tell.

At OSU? They won a home game and then got destroyed in a neutral site that is closer to their fan base. That's not the point the point is our fan base will praise any and everyone not associated with the Miami Hurricanes team and **** on anyone currently employed or playing for the Miami Hurricanes. I guess that's what message boards are though so I should know better.

They still think schemes and X's and O's is king on here, OSU has 15 5 star players their roster no **** they look dominant duhhh, we are in the era of pay for play if u are expecting X's and O's and great gameday coaching to get past these loaded rosters you might as well find another sport to watch.....

Truth. These dudes are breaking down schemes and play calls. It's 1000% about the players.

You don't get it. That was literally the BEST win Mario has had in his career. The rest of his career is FAILURE at all stops.

He won a Pac 12 title when a team had to drop out of the title game due to covid and then he won the regular season title when the conference sucked, but got MOLLY WHOOPED by Utah not once, but twice in the span of 3 weeks. Defend that
