Grace IMO. Could be Spence 2.0 Guy always around the ball and reads the play so well and plays bigger than his size. You can't teach 4.4 speed at linebacker. Can cover, rush, and tackle.

Get Grace on the field! Give me Denzel, Kirby and Grace in 4-3. On nickels give me Denzel and Grace. And 3-4, give me McCord and Muhammad rush linebackers and Denzel and Kirby or Grace inside.

And obviously bring Chad in too for pass rush or run help. And sprinkle some Owens, Harris and Djack on some pass rush and situations. Then our DBs and hopefully improved DT's. Formula for success.

Bring on Grace. Mark it down. Our best linebacker next to Denzel obviously.

Spence was 225 tops by the time he went on to the nfl. Now 230 and healthy again and Steelers excited for him.

Spence was 210-220 during his time here.

Coaches needa stop playing man. Stop with this Armbrister **** and move Kirb over into that spot and bring in Grace. We would be legit at linebacker. If a kid can play, he can play. **** look at Dallas, hes short as ****, probably at 5'9"-5'10" or look at Duke about 5'9" both can ball.

Again if you can play, you can play. Enough of this weight ****. Grace better be starting.

Lol so am I losing my mind...the canes camp (@CanesFootball) tweeted this morning DAY 9, yesterdays scrimmage video says day 8. Now this tweet/article and the new interview videos dates say DAY 10? haha

I guess technically its Day 10 but Day 9 of actual practice/scrimmage...confusing since we had the day off and some are listing it as Day 9 and Day 10

Very concerning on Scott. Hope he's not pulling the dissapaearance act again, but I'm sticking to my guns. Coley, Dorsett, Waters and Lewis.

Fentress in black is congratulating him, tough kid who gives his all. Don't expect him to start, but for a guy who was a walk-on. He's earned his keep. Should lead the special teams unit.

Harris in black is more motivational than anything, Harris is nice but I think Chad and DJack little more ready than he is. Staff continuing to push McCord and Muhammad. Kamalu been looking great, Chick too.

I just want Armrbrister to be seated. Grace looking great out there. Just switch over Kirby to strong side and let Grace take weak side. Don't want Armbrister in there, and get some snaps for Owens. Owens is a stud in the making. And bring Young on slowly.

And just watch. Kaaya is our man.

Coach Golden has emphatically stated numerous times that the granting or taking back a black or orange shirt is not a motivational ploy, but is based on performance. Maybe he is lying-coaches do-but I don't think so. Do you have any evidence that Harris' repeated wearing of a black shirt is not performance related or are you just guessing?

Its been noted before its motivational purposes too. Dont get me wrong, I think Harris has Olivier Vernon potential. But if anyone thinks McCord and Muhammad not gonna start. Ya crazy.

Also heard more plays from Chad and DJack than Harris. Even though ive heard some on Harris too.

#Canes RB Duke Johnson said he had no soreness in his surgically repaired ankle following Wednesday's scrimmage

That's just it, we're not winning a National Championship this year.... Let Kaaya sit and learn, then he can start for the next 2-3 years, and Allison comes in.... We have some big games on the road Louisville, Nebraska, & VT let Kaaya see what it's really like to play in front of a large hostile environment and not from under center... If Heaps can't get the job done then consider bringing in Kaaya or maybe Williams will be ready...

I've been calling Kaaya as the #1 for months now. It doesn't make sense to me, unless you think you are going to win the national championship, to start a 5th yr transfer IMO. We need some continuity. Kaaya can be the man for 3-4 yrs. Unless he gets the crap beat out of him it's going to make him better. He just seems to have that "IT" factor in him. Hope I am right.
I think he is saying the opposite, it looks like he is saying not to start the 5th yr transfer unless they think he is going to win the NC.

I know that... My thought is you start Heaps and let Kaaya sit & learn.... Why throw him into the fire & possibly develop bad habits? Bring him along gradually, if Kaaya was really out playing Heaps then it's a no brainer, but it seems that it's awfully close...

Tired of hearing about Grace's weight. He works out like a maniac and makes plays consistently in practice that only further reaffirms what we knew we were getting when we got him.

Gimme an undersized playmaker any ******* day

no, he just has his fantasy of how the story line around the team will shake out that he faps to and if it doesnt go the way he wants he bends reality to meet it, lots of people are doing the same with Kayaa

"The first two weeks, what I see from Brad is his maturity," Duke Johnson said. "You wouldn't think that Brad is a freshman quarterback, the way he talks, the way he handles the offense, the way he handles the plays, checks. He's able to read defenses. He doesn't do it as well as an older guy like Jake [Heaps], but he does it exceptionally well for a freshman."

Gimme an undersized playmaker any ****ing day

The homie also had the quote of his recruiting cycle! When asked about Matthew Thomas picking FSU, Grace responded by saying that he made a good decision, "I wouldn't want to compete against me either"!!

Message sent!
