247 Responds to Rankings Fiasco

lol thats not how it works though. rate the school on development rankings then. players aren't being coached by that school yet so they're being ranked on their HS development
He said that but it’s bullsht.
Idk sht about evaluation. But you really have to be blind to not know that some of the dudes Bama and uga get aren’t nfl talent.
So why hold them down until they commit. The entire system is geared towards the frontrunners. And that statement proves it.
Your telling me that if ps2 came to Miami they would’ve dropped him?
Ahmon was the 27th ranked receiver and a Bama commitment would’ve made him top 5.
And the sec recruited him like he was. Check the 247 timeline. Bama came after him hard!
He sure AF played like a 5 star.

This goes back to what I wrote last week.
The people at these recruting sites do not know what they are doing. They rely on schools recruting a player to then know how to rank the player. More schools recruting a player means he must be good. And if school A, B or C is recruting him, he must be a 4 star at worst and probably needs consideration for a 5th star.
All of this only speaks to the complete incompetence of the evaluators. And our complete stupidity for caring.
it's not an awful way to rank players to be honest. I mean to you really think these sites employ enough talent evaluators to rank hundreds of players?

What a coincidence…and he was the only one that they made an error with…right after he committed. You can’t make this **** up.
As someone who has overseen teams that develop websites based off of databases as a part of different jobs I’ve had, the odds that they were manually entering in all this information as opposed to having a set of rules that apply and automatically put things over is pretty ******* infinitesimal in 2022. Meaning I don’t buy this bull**** story that this a bug overall vs one exception.
If it is an API integration it would have affected other players as well not just one among hundreds including dozens that have also transferred

I keep explaining to you privileged ruling members and supporters that being fans of The U would expose you the kinds of actions, when not major may seem minor or even juvenile, but nonetheless creates an impact or simple frustrations. In my America, this is everyday life, something you never experience or encounter in your everyday lives. The big "legislation" will be our Conference issues. Hope all ends better than it did in 2020.
Yea! Your playbook being run on you. We could always storm the SEC offices as a peaceful protest.

B U L L S H I T.

We want formulas; we want guidelines; we want training logs; we want standards; we want procedures; we want the facts.

We don’t want bull**** hearsay nonsense. We don’t wants some self serving narrative.
I'm believing this B.S., as much as I believe a couple of years ago, that our opposition committed no offensive holdings against us the entire season.
We suddenly are the Elon Musk of college football fandom; getting fed a steady stream of statistical excrement.

Fvck em all. Let them hate. Who's gonna remember kids being dropped to 4 stars for no reason.

What will be remembered is the impact on the program and the success on the field for these kids.

Build the legacy, and ***** the media. The hate is back and we should eat it up.
