That’s some delusions of grandeur I’d only expect in Gator Tears. A stronger Miami isn’t great for the SEC as it means it’s another competitor but nobody is scared of us or has been scared of us in a good while. Now I do agree that they will soon enough but Miami was about to be taken off of life support and just allowed to flat line until we hired Mario. It was that bad.

Agreed. The hiring of Rad and Mario couldn’t have come at a more critical time for our program.
That’s exactly my point. The amount conspiring that has occurred has been disproportionate to the level of our success over the past 20 years. My question truly is, why?

I love the fact that many are going full war path on folks. Miami has been disrespected for so long and tide is turning fast.

The nation knows that competence is back in Coral Gables and people are working like mad to slow us down. First is was the coaching disaster, then it was Miami can’t hire assistants/ no1 likes Mario, then it was NIL/ Ruiz, and now it’s crapping on recruits.

For the first time in a along time I think the MC, his staff, and the fan base are aligned.

Mario wants blood and so does every Cane fan.

I ****** love it.

the bigger issue is them using on3 in the first place. the second is the timing was awful. they just now figured out there was an error? I feel bad for Wayne bc it does give off the vibe that committing to miami costs you a star or spots in the rankings.

And to be honest that excuse is legit in ways for sure. We’ve landed a lot of 4 star kids that weren’t really that impressive and claimed offers they never had etc

But them saying that after we get a kid Bama/UGA fought tooth and nail for is a big whoops

On3 actually has the best methodology in my opinion when it comes to overall team rankings. Their individual ranking system is as questionable as ESPN tho

I think people are just making up most of it to fit a narrative. I think some of these programs have clowned us in the past but not because they were scared of us but because they didn’t respect us and keeping us down means more access to recruits in SFLA. The lack of respect is so low that they never even had us in the running for a bunch of the kids we are in on. They just didn’t think even with Mario we were a threat. Mauigoa put the entire country on notice and now we just got Wayne.
