There is no perfect timeline in recruiting because you are ultimately waiting on a teenager to make a decision.
Regardless of when the wave came, it included Okunlola and Bain and others.

Winning will get our phone calls answered again from even guys who are committed to other schools. We start the season 5-0 and the ole, "A secret visitor who is a top 75 kid and committed to another program is sneaking in town for a UOV for XYZ home game" talk will begin to ramp up again among the local writers. You already got kids like Ellis Robinson basically saying we check all the boxes and all we have to do is show a winning product and we got a legit chance to flip him. Im sure he isnt the only elite prospect who shares that sentiment. Next Friday and it begins...

He’s taken his **** up with me and I blocked the weirdo. He pm’d calling me a fraud and telling why I am one. I responded with “ sorry I hurt you “ or something to that extent then he went crazy with pm after pm, like he was an ex of mine. Out of all my stalkers he’s the weirdest and most unstable. This was close to a year ago and he still takes constant digs at me. He must be one of my old trolls like king slayer.

Like i’ve said I’ve had him on block for awhile and normally ignore him but at some point he needs to just ask if I’ll let him blow me or just move on. He’ll never know if he never asks.

I have almost six years of credibility where I’ve had info ripped by pay sites like CS and called things advance. King being out for the year being one when EVERYONE said he was questionable for Uva, Including manny. Or the AD search being another one. As well as many other examples. My record speaks for itself. If like him or anyone else doesn’t believe it then ignore me like I don’t exist. A good amount of posters here trust me because I’ve proven myself for years.

Lake and Gaby had a podcast this morning. On Patterson, they both said they got the feeling that Miami and Patterson never seemed to really "mesh" thus far this year. Miami has been recruiting him for a LONG time but it definitely doesn't seem like Patterson is full in on Miami in recent time.

Interesting, they also noted they don't know of him ever visiting for a practice in the spring. When he did show up on campus, during one of the big recruiting weekends (one where Stone was on campus), he showed up later in the afternoon, long after practice was done. They also noted the longer trips he took to Michigan, Auburn and FSU.

They also said they felt this big interest in FSU caught many by surprise. They hadn't realized FSU was so far along in his recruitment.

FSU shouldn't be a surprise. They've been dropping bags all over Georgia and South Florida. At this point, there have been too many recruiting insiders that cover various schools saying the same thing. It's no coincidence that the bags coincide with their recruiting success.
