Just saying, if someone feels the need to point out to you that they're not stupid, they probably are.

LOL... Hmm lets see whats happening in Tally

1. Tally is a football town and FSU is their baby

2. Probably going to the national title game for first time in 13 years

3. Star QB implicated in sexual assult case

4. Girl reports to PD, DNA samples collected, 11 months go by with nothing

5. Girl says she was told to pretty much keep her mouth shut

6. Tally DA will decide whether or not to file charges on said QB who gives FSU best chance to win NC

I'll bet nothing comes of this. They will say they don't know whats right or wrong because case was F'ed up by Tally PD. All focus will now fall on Tally PD and the "alleged cover up" While a statement released that "Jamies had no knowledge of anything that went on."

I don't want fsu to win nothing but I don't want to see Winston go to prison neather... it happends to much in America a young black male excused and found guilty of a crime they didn't do... but this is not looking good...

Thing is gonna get thrown out......
There are pics circulating showing the girl lied about not knowing who he was. Basically looking like she was a side piece, got really really mad that she was a side piece. Not trying to make light of the situation , because if guilty the kid is a scumbag, but it looks like this is heading toward an exoneration.
 
Investigation is so tainted at this point I don't know how they pursue rape charges without some corroborating eyewitness testimony such as Winston's roommate. And good luck getting him to talk. "He said, she said" are the worst cases to try by virtue of their difficulty to prove because the physical evidence isn't in question.

One thing I do know, as someone who does have some insider knowledge in this area (not on this particular matter), FSU athletic dept. and officials were absolutely involved early on in this clusterfu*k.

Dude, I lived in SEC country the last 5 years. My next door neighbors were both Bama fans (and I was still in FL). They were insufferable! God Dang do I hate FSU, but if they can stop Bama from making it 9 in a row , then I hope the DA focuses on the fact that she described her attacker as 5'9", and less on (welp) DNA evidence.

Yeah, DNA evidence is notoriously unreliable, and eyewitness evidence, especially of someone's height, when you're underneath him and drunk, is clearly much more reliable. For sure.

Besides, what does she expect? She was drunk! That's the equivalent of consent.
 
There are polar forces at work here in this college country town.

1) white girl with a black man has to rustle some jimmies
2) that black man is the star QB of an undefeated team
