It's about to go down. No chance the case is not reopened now that this new evidence has come to light and once the case is opened there is no chance FSU has the balls to play him as it is standard operating procedure to sit/suspend him but not kick him off the team. Another way of saying this is you are on paid leave but not fired...yet.

TPD police intimidating a witness to protect an FSU player...sounds like just another day in the office in some crap hick town.
 
Now that the FDLE is in on this, there will be jobs lost at the TPD. If there was a rape claim, accused attacker, and rape kit on December 7, 2012, how on earth is a DNA sample not taken on December 8, 2012? That's the very first thing they should have done.

Yep. Corrupt TPD. TPD were stalling and corrupting the process Most likely the description of height was purposely written into the police report to mislead.

I see your point and I generally would agree with you. However, Winston was a nobody when this happened. ****, even the most diehard FSU fans didn't expect him to blow up and be this good. I don't think this chick had the foresight to get with some random freshman and project him to be the 2015 #1 overall pick in the NFL draft. If so, then we need her to do the talent evaluations at Miami..
 
So does the hack lawyer for Famous Jontavius claim that it was consensual after first claiming that he wasn't even there, or does he try to pin it on the 1 in 2.2 trillion chance that it was someone else? "So you're saying there's a chance!"
