He will not miss a snap. This is FSU, he will run a couple stairs and that's it. They are as bad as the SEC. Just don't now how they will explain that some 5'9" dude got a hold of Winston's *****. Maybe Jimbo can call Bobby in to consult. He could call Urban, but I doubt he will take the call.

I see your point and I generally would agree with you. However, Winston was a nobody when this happened. ****, even the most diehard FSU fans didn't expect him to blow up and be this good. I don't think this chick had the foresight to get with some random freshman and project him to be the 2015 #1 overall pick in the NFL draft. If so, then we need her to do the talent evaluations at Miami..

Stop perpetuating the myth that Jamitin was a nobody when he raped that chick. He was the #1 QB recruit in the country and a consensus 5 star. This isn't some feel-good story about a 2 star QB who burst on the scene. That big clown had all the accolades, and everyone in Tallahassee knew who he was and what kind of potential he had.

Agreed. The question wasn't whether he was a star, it was which sport did he want to play professionally.
 
This whole thing continues to make F$U and the Trailerhassee police department look like buffoons. DNA evidence is enough to suspend Winston pending final outcome of this case. Letting Winston continue to play football and not provide answers to resolve this case is like Penn State continuing to let Jerry Sandusky coach football at summer camps.

in no way am i suggesting this is an impossible scenario, but unanimous 5 star, and top qb recruits in the country are seldom nobodies until they prove it on the field a la kyle wright. a ton of people there knew exactly who he is, and what they expected of him. kyle wright probably wasn't walking around campus anonymous before he proved how ****** he was.

that aside, the whole reported estimated height thing is pretty interesting. if she knew who he was, and went in with a mission, one would probably do a little background research to get the story straight. so this makes me think she either genuinely didn't know (which makes the date of the rape kit and the cover up pretty disgusting), was so intoxicated she made a 7 inch (possible pun) mistake in judgement, or the same cops who talked her out of pressing forward with this and chosed not to pursue dna evidence have doctored the testimony.

More than buffoons. THis is a cover-up. DNA and physical evidence with police at scene. A statement at the scene of rape and nothing is sent to the state attorney until a reporter inquiry 11 months later. WOW!! Notifying FSU's and Winston's attorney but not the state attorney. Stalling the victim hoping for it to go away. TPD is corrupt not buffoons. If it happened to their daughter would they have acted the same way!

willing females are one thing. as hard as it is(no pun intended) if your dlck is in her mouth and she says no and tries to walk away its still rape. if she say NO at anytime it is assault. you can be balls deep the second she says get off(no pun intended again) and says no it becomes sexual assault if you don't. proving that may be a different story. most people that fake rape don't report it to the police when it happened right when it happened. Why would anyone expect FSWho to do anything to Winston, let alone suspend their star player, even if all the allegations are true? After all, rape isn't an NCAA violation, is it?

No one gave us a break when we had our jock sniffer... **** FSU. Either he's a scum bag and it ruins their season... or she's a jock sniffer and hopefully it drags on long enough to still ruin their season. I'm not running around saying he did it... although it doens't look good for him, but I sure hope it hurts their program whether he did or not.
