TMZ reporting those pics are not the accuser. Says she and her attorney verified. Also says she didn't know him prior to that night
 
For a school that just recently came out of a serious academic scandal, that is no good. Will anything come of it? No. But the media is in a frenzy right now. If a mainstream outlet picks up on this and decides to report on an anonymous, anecdotal report (wouldn't surprise me these days), it will be a major PR problem at the least.

I wish our school did that. I bet Duke and TH3 have to stay up late at night doing 20 page papers right before the FSU game.

Dude, I lived in SEC country the last 5 years. My next door neighbors were both Bama fans (and I was still in FL). They were insufferable! God Dang do I hate FSU, but if they can stop Bama from making it 9 in a row , then I hope the DA focuses on the fact that she described her attacker as 5'9", and less on (welp) DNA evidence.

It's OK if she gives consent.

If she was drunk, that is the equivalent of consent.

Even if she was drunk 11 months ago, that's OK. Even if she consented to something else.

Just ask someone who passed the bar exam. Heck, just ask someone who took the bar exam.

Nothing on the academic side is anything remotely surprising. The one thing I always get a kick out of is high school kids with a 17 on the ACT and a 1.7 gpa talk about academics being an important factor in their choice of football playing destination. About 1/50 of those kids would be in a relatively high ranking college without sports. They should not be for ever the regular curriculum.
