It’s dysfunctional. Mario hired these guys he wants on staff for other people to manage and these guys have very different coaching philosophies from the people who need them to implement a scheme they don’t buy into.

Not letting Pruitt play after he makes a huge play. Dylan Day making plays on St and cant sniff the field. Barron made plays yesterday and they pull him out. their technique sucks too.
He hires guys he wants on staff as position coaches, who have incompatible coaching scheme philosophies to the guys he subsequently hires to supervise them and have them implement schemes they don’t agree with. It’s dysfunctional. It’s why teams with inferior talent drag us. Their staffs are unified philosophically and working together.
Manny was 21-15 in three seasons and was fired. Mario after 3 seasons is 22-15 and has lost 5 games in which Miami was a double digit favorite to win. Only reason he won 10 this season is Cam Ward who was surrounded by a cast of very good skill players. Without Cam this would have been another 7-5 type season ... ACC teams like Ga Tech and Syracuse are getting better ... even Cal that FSU held to 9 points put up over 30 against us.

Exactly! He tends to think continuity is simply having the guys on the staff come back instead of understanding comrade requires more than just being forced to be together. It’s like he’s never comfortable letting go the reins though he in charge of all the reins. It’s sickening
I think it's more about continuity with him and his vision vs continuity with each other.
Been waiting for Day for weeks, not playing him is inexcusable. I also couldn't believe they oulled Pruitt after immediately making a huge play.
