What Coaches are getting FIRED today??????

I’am in line that the vetting process needs to better when considering hires. I really believe there were wayyyy better options on the table than what he went with. Some of those were very lazy imo. You’d think he would’ve learned better under Saban. But those goes to say did he even pay attention in the first place. But as far as championship caliber hires, that care, study, and not ego driven, he has not made those yet.

Under Manny, Richt, Golden, Shannon, Coker…it was all down to the head man. They all got replaced, because accountability falls on them…as it does for every HC in any sport.

Only Mario gets a pass and our “fans” deflect blame to anyone else, because he’s Mario and our homegrown savior. And it’s not everyone as most have come to the proper realization as to who he is, it’s just the same 15-20 posters that won’t get off his jock and come up with countless excuses.

And I’m ready to get the @‘s out every time they post now, because I’m done sitting in the shadows while they continuously move goal posts.
Here’s the difference my man! Mario’s predecessors were slow to make changes or didn’t at all make changes. Golden wouldn’t fire his buddy. Richt wanted to call plays. Manny couldn’t separate from Blake James, etc. Mario has showed us every year in the offseason that complacency and inaction is not in his vision at Miami. Literally every year he’s fixed the biggest issue that was plaguing the team in the prior season. I trust these trends will continue this offseason.

Is Will Muschamp damaged goods or would he be someone to consider for the D?
Mullen as OC and Muschamp as DC now and I promise you we won't lose to UF next year. Muschamp can recruit too. Mullen not so much lol but he's one of the brightest around

Mario? If not, why not. Guidry??? If not, why not?
I really can't stand watching Mario on the sidelines as he is instills ZERO confidence, but whom in the world would we get to replace him that is going to turn this around? Realistic options...

The basic dynamic of defense changes from team to league to level (high school. College and pro). One thing that doesn't change is the ability to adjust. Guidry does not have that ability.

The last thing you want to do right now if you're Miami, is make staff changes before the playoffs selection is locked in. Just like that Jordan Travis injury with FSU last year, we can't give them any personal reason to leave us out.
I actually think if we would get better if we fired Guidry now

Imo there’s some young , athletic talent at lb , 32 and 22 being a couple. So my focus would be more on the secondary 4-6 new guys at db. We need a complete douching of that room. OJ being one of the exceptions even if he had a bad day yesterday. Maybe add 1-2 proven lb’s.
@Cribby the fact that a true freshman corner was your best db is a scary reality. But ultimately this is on Mario. He is the man. With great power comes even greater responsibility.
