We wont beat top tier Teams

Agree with the OP. To win championships you need to be able to win in different ways. We have one way. Don’t get me wrong we are elite at it, but there will be a game where we “only” score 35, and we will lose.

Had so many 3rd and 4th and longs and could not get off the field. At some stage defence and special teams need to offer something.

Not gonna tell anyone how to be a fan but this has all been in the manual since the offseason

Did anyone really think this team was winning a Natty this year before this game? Does anyone look at the roster of the Canes against the rosters of the elite (Texas, Georgia, OSU, etc.) and say "yeah, just as good"?

It is quite apparent that '24 Miami is '23 FSU. A flawed team getting by on a mixture of luck and great QB play (please stay healthy Cam). Where Miami is different than FSU is the team is being built by stacking recruiting classes so hopefully '25 Miami avoids becoming '24 FSU.

I am disappointed in the DL play today and it seems like the secondary is not improving at all. But ****, just enjoy the ride. The future is bright.

There isn't a dominant defense in the country. Everybody giving up big plays.

As I said a few days ago, we can lose to anybody, but we can also beat anybody.

I don't see any dominant teams on the landscape tbh.

Texas is pretty good especially on OL, if they start Ewers they can be beat. If they start Manning they can be better IMO

I think texas would probably beat us pretty soundly but everyone else I think is probably a shootout

I’m just saying the style of the team. Through the first 5-6 games of the season we played similar schedules and the #s were virtually the same on offense actually
 
Nice pass/run balance today on offense. Our offense looks like they can score with anyone.

But the Canes defense and special teams need A LOT of work. Guidry needs to start playing more underclassmen over the next 4-5 weeks and let them develop and grow in the for the ACC championship, the playoffs and for next season

He been attacking position groups one class at a time. The only thing I dont understand is why he attacks one group, attack them all each class. Unless there is a reason that I dont know

Why can't we just enjoy this moment in 2024, Elite Offense, Elite QB and 7-0!

We have suffered for years upon years. Put the weaknesses aside and let's enjoy this moment!

Clemson gave up 31 to UVA today.

I count 2 or 3 top tier teams.
IF we win the ACC, we avoid those teams in the 2nd round of the playoffs.

And this is the way to enjoy the season,let's squeeze the most out of this season and hope Mario can cut some of these guys killing us and add another great high school and portal class.
