Was 2017 the start of the Dark Ages for FSU?

I just hope Taggart is their Randy Shannon. Followed a coach who won an NC and precedes a really bad coach followed by a false start coach.

The next 10-12 years could be very nice.

I hate the holes more then the next guy & prob will get killed for this but we’re very similar going into this year. Very talented D’s with shaky O’s with very good new OC’s.

We are only “similar” on the surface. Díaz is running this program completely different below the surface. Taggart is running a circus. FSU is ****ed. Miami remains to be seen.

It's true.

FSU clearly values winning and they're mostly fine with players beating women as long as it's not on video. Their black AD was **** bent on hiring a minority coach. He hired Taggart and took a job with the NCAA weeks later. They're now stuck with Willie for another year or two but will probably make a good hire next time around since they care about winning.
 
Fk anything FSU. Those veiny **** guzzlers have no class and deserve every bad thing that could happen to them. Never forget Blackmon and company trying to stomp out an injured Thomas on their sideline last year at Hard Rock. I hope that whole team dies in a fire.

yeah that guy recruited his butt off. crazy part is as bad as richt fell apart, he was close to being 2-0 against jimbo and 3-0 against FSU.

@rokulika people on this site can't accept the truth. in their world, they complain there aren't enough minorities in certain jobs but when an AD specifically goes out and hires one as the first requirement and someone speaks the truth, posters get all bent out of shape. When I stated the same thing that is a FACT that you replied to and confirmed, a bunch of nitwits reported me for "racism." these hicks don't even know the definition of racism. No one would argue with you if you said "McDonalds requires X amount of minorities to be hired" or something like that, but to think a school like FSU handcuffed itself to a minority coach you have no idea what you are talking about. Your "source" is a BS fan sight post. If you read any fan sight you would know that they have info wrong all the time.

FSU boosters would NEVER push for a black coach.

Now, just for arguments sake. IF(this was not the case with Taggart) an AD decided having a black coach would benefit the team in recruiting since the VAST majority of elite recruits are black. That is not because "minorities aren't in enough jobs" it is a tactic to give yourself a recruiting boost.
