Was 2017 the start of the Dark Ages for FSU?

Jimbo left it pretty bad. Let's be real 2 years ago was the first time in a long time you would take our roster over their roster. Look at last year, The only position group I would have traded with them and its not even a hands down debate would have been at QB. That's on Jimbo not Willie it was his first year.

I knew things were bad, but holy **** this is on another level. With FSU fcvked for the foreseeable future, this makes the UF game even bigger than it already is. Establish ourselves as top dog in Florida in year 1 of Diaz's reign and the road is paved perfectly to finally become a powerhouse once again.

Being honest about this, I hope not. Our chief rival being garbage doesn't help the credibility of the ACC, which impacts us. It degrades the series bc I'd rather beat a top 10 FSWho team year in and year out. And lastly, if I had to pick a sister school in Florida to be mierda, I'd rather it be the Gaytes and have the SemenHoles beat up on them. Just my opinion.

Agreed on plenty of people deserving of the blame. I mentioned Jimbo specifically with the roster problems becasue it's already obvious that Taggart is serving as gasoline being poured onto the dumpster fire. I just never realized Jimbo played his part in starting that fire. His teams had been underperforming for years by the time he left them. He may have turned it around if he stuck by them but he left them at their lowest point.

The condition of that Oline was not even P5 level. It was embarrassing. As bad as Searles was imagine if he left us that.

Agreed. Although I would not mind opportunities to beat the snot out of the Noles a few times. Payback for whippings they gave Miami when the Canes were down.

Didn't hurt them when we were being run into the ground by Golden. And as long as Clemson continues at this pace beating them in ACCCG is all that'll matter.

Can’t agree with you on this one. As has has already been said, they did fine when we were dog shlt and we weren’t giving them the marquee matchups. Even won an N.C.

I'll take the eventual recruiting bump we will get because of their nose diving, over the prestige of playing a top 10 FSU team. In the end, if we take care of our business, we don’t need them to be a top 10 team. That’s just a fact. Sorry brother, but fūck them.

Jimbo is also overrated

Dude has how many 1st round picks at QB and lucked into a NC because auburn couldn’t play solid special teams and then put a midget on FSU tallest WR

We beat UF and FSU this season we will end up with another top 10 class full of top talent from FL. I’d expect to be NC contenders next season if all goes well.
FSU & UF will always get their fair share. Dark ages in not so sure. Goldenesque ages yes.

FSU vs Miami game will always be close no matter which team is in the ****tttttter
