Nothing is worse than what we've been wearing the last 7-8 years. The bra strap , clown shoes and the awful stripe on legs.

this, those bra unis r ums worst uniforms ever. If we had fsus new unis i would b hella upset.
 
Thx to all for the pics, as I was unable to attend or watch the scrimmage. Anyone have any pics of the actual scrimmage with new uni's, please post.

All those teams have pro combat unis, n itsa bout how they recruit nott here unis.
 
Surge(all-green) and Stormtrooper are my favorites. Juice is good if its not all-orange and Smoke would look dope with orange pants. Really like the ibis on the helmets.

Will this be the all time white helmet with the gray face mask or will we wear our normal helmets we have now
 
Not a big fan of the smoke unis. It doesn't even look like Miami, especially the helmets. The other versions are ok, but I hate that we are chasing a trend rather than building on tradition.

I like the smoke unis. It feels unique to Miami. Everyone else gets black....we get smoke. I'll take it.
 
the uniforms are not bad, just not what I expected...specially from Nike.

yes keep it simple.. don't go all Oregon.. but

1. keep the tradition
2. stop with the weird 44555005 combination bs
3. don't EVER ... EVER touch the helmet I don't care if its a specialty thing.. never **** with the helmet

you wanted to make uniforms that keep our traditions, yet more modern feel? no problem take these and tell Nike do these in new materials..

as much as I want cool uniforms I want W's even more. The one thing I guess bugs me the most is the "48 combinations". are we really going to have Green Pants, White Top and an Orange helmet?

after today I am concerned.....about our QB situation...but excited....about our RB situation.

Exactly my point. We look like a yet another wannabe school imitating Oregon. Whatever though. If they win games wearing these uniforms they will grow on me.

Such a tired argument and asinine as well. Miami has always been different. We aren't a traditional power. In fact we're supposed to hate the blue bloods. Not try to be like them. It really is amazing all these Miami fans who were apart of the revolution that was this program now want to be seated at the same table with people we're supposed to despise.

Why don't you commission someone to make our very own version of "Touchdown Jesus" on campus while you're at it?

Miami isn't supposed to look traditional. Wake up. And stop using Ohio State(you really should be flogged for comparing us to them). Go look at what they've worn the last 3-4 years. They change it up all the time. I believe they might have a permanent non-traditional "rivalry" jersey they wear at home. They even brought out a road version of it against Michigan. They wore the home one against Clemson in bowl game as well.

Which they wear once a year, if that. As for your second part, that's exactly my point. They don't need ugly *** uniforms to impress recruits. They impress recruits because they win.

Huh? That picture you posted is a MINOR tweak of the same uniform Ohio State has worn for 50 years. As to the other part, you're probably one of those fans that hates marching bands and loves horrible rap music pipped into the stadium. This is college football, not the NFL. College football is all about tradition.
