Yep. The green jerseys need to be regular home jerseys. Let the Orange and Green Sleeve ones be the alternates. Those green jerseys are on some real cane sh*t. Storm troopers are boss, too. So happy to get rid of these current craptastic uniforms.

Green was never the primary color for any of our historically great teams...

I know, but the Green is so much cooler than the Orange, I'm willing to change it up. Orange is featured so much in Florida: Dolphins, Marlins, and Gators. The Forest Green is at least unique and gives us our own identity.

Anyone who complains about this should **** themselves in the face. The kids and recruits are going bonkers.

Because recruits hate traditional uniforms, which is why you see Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Michigan, USC, Ohio State and LSU drastically changing their uniforms...wait....what? Recruits care about winning, not the uniforms. Sure, recruits like it, but they're not going to chose Miami over Alabama or Auburn because of these uniforms.

I get all the excitement over the new uni's... for the most part better than I expected. But I can't get all GEEKED about them when I think about the play on the field. I kind of feel like we should've waited on a total re-design-- waited until we were READY for primetime.

This whole event seems contrived and desperate attempt to "reinvigorate" the program and fan base... We get our asses stomped in Louisville week 1, the new uniform scheme enthusiasm will be a distant memory.

I know, I'm a hater and a wet-blanket... and I cant blame folks for having something to be excited about. I just wish I shared their enthusiasm-- and it was about our team not the laundry.

I'm not a huge fan of the uniforms (I like em ok), but I think you have to wait to see what it looks like when 11 guys are wearing them on the field. Somehow the orange helmet and smoke combo is my favorite. If we field a real Miami defense, they are gonna look BADASS swarming the ballcarrier in those unis.

That said, would hate to see the orange helmets when we have either green or orange jerseys. Could look cool with with jerseys though.

On 2nd take: They're all pretty smooth... but Orange is the only one giving me trouble.

Not feelin' the green sleeve-caps... & would've preferred some finesse vs. the blocky stripes, straight stripes on the back... Perfect would've been something similar to the "fly-wire" details from '09 Pro-Combat unis.


Maybe because we've worn orange so much lately, it'll just take some getting used to...

Nike just took a logo that thd fanbase hated and rammed it down our throats, and our dip**** athletic department held us down.

The mannequins are in better shape than our players have been since Butch left. Give me the 80s unis and a real staff and admin.

Very underwhelming. I like bringing the green back in to the mix. The smoke unis should just be put in storage never to be seen again.

Not loving the green sleeves on the orange either, but I'll sure they'll grow on me. I think the orange ones will look ok with a white undershirt. A green undershirt highlights the green sleeves, which doesn't look right.

Trying to like the Orange helmet but It just don't look good at all.

The orange helmet should have gone with the orange uni's. The Grey smoke should have had a black matte helmet.

I hope I'm just getting old (33) and disconnected. I can live with the new design but fcuking with the helmets is a sin. Green/Orange and Orange/Green as ugly as ****.

IMO couldve gotten away with a design change, bringing green back into the mix, and rotating in the smokes. Nike went way too far and this gimmicky **** is not what our brand is all about.

white uni's should have had a thicker orange around the green letters, a tad more orange on them. I would have preferred a black or darker grey with a black matte helmet. Overall, expected worse, and was pleasantly please they didn't do the usual Nike **** ups on Uni changes.
