I meann on the flip side Miami has been completely unstable since he signed and Gattis legit almost ruined TVDs career. He went from a top 10 projected pick to UFA in a year.

Then Mario sat on his hands and brought in an OC a week or two before spring ball.

TVD and Dawson probably didn’t mesh if he is looking around.

Regardless IMO he’s gone and it is what it is I guess. Takes us from a 9 win team to a 6 win team this year

It's a 4 win team without him and it puts a stake through any upwards trend for Mario.

Coaching regimes thrive on hope. Lose that, and the clock starts ticking. And then the vultures start circling. Samson and Francis will be offered large amounts to jump at the earliest opportunity.

For all the people who believe he should have left in December if he was going to do so.

Is it out of the realm of possibility that Mario promised an OC that would get him developed and back on the NFL radar to TVD at the end of the season in December. Then TVD watched Mario stew on the OC hire for months to then hire Dawson shortly before practice started.

Then for TVD and Dawson to not have any chemistry. For TVD to see if he has another lack luster year due to an incompetent OC that his career will be permanent tanked?

Or TVD sees the shape the roster/culture is in and wants to actually win.

Before Ruiz got involved the team was in the middle of season that resulted in an elite 8. He didn't get interested until he saw that team win games. At least publicly. I don't remember LifeWallet shelling out cash to get transfers from George Mason(Miller) and Depaul(Charlie Moore). All that to say, the team that started the resurgence wasn't a Ruiz creation from all public indications and L would find a way if Ruiz went away tomorrow.

In the 9 games where TVD completed passes to Rambo, 4 of the games were "above average" for Rambo, with 28 Rambo receptions (out of 81 TVD completions).

In the other 5 games, TVD completed passes to Rambo at a "below average" clip, for 26 Rambo receptions (out of 121 TVD completions).

So, no, it wasn't "Rambo coming back to jump up and catch his underthrown passes". Why don't you tell us what happened on the other 148 completions that TVD had. Just stop bull****ting.

Only if he’s guaranteed a starting position in an offense that suits him would it make sense that he leaves. Unless there’s other stuff going on that we don’t know about.

Going to Alabama could literally be a career ender for his NFL aspirations if he doesn’t play.
