That’s not a good enough reason. That should have nothing to do with it.

Only if he’s guaranteed a starting position in an offense that suits him would it make sense that he leaves. Unless there’s other stuff going on that we don’t know about.

Going to Alabama could literally be a career ender for his NFL aspirations if he doesn’t play.

Here he’s a guaranteed starter.

But on a team projected to win 6 games with a spring that resulted in “holy ****” we NEED to hit the portal for at least 6-7 guys and an OL not deep enough.

A spring game where it was reported he took sacks and he needs to get the ball out faster.

Him leaving now is not unreasonable at all. It ****es us the **** off, but it is not an unreasonable thing for TVD to do for himself.

And I don’t really like TVD as much as some here…

It’s money. This happens all the time in the pro’s. We’ll see how it translates in college. He apparently isn’t much of a leader to begin with, as was said a year ago on this board and more recently by you.
Wong made a move over money and folks were yelling no team unity, and worse. Ruiz and him got things ironed out, and he THEN turned into one of our best ever and best years ever. Can happen again with TVD (if its money and NIL i$ healthy)

Why would TVD run to a Gattis style ground and pound offense under Rees. When we have a QB friendly offense here with NIL
Exactly. I'm of the mindset that TVD's ceiling is some version of a poor man's Kent Graham sooooo perhaps running to a program like Baga makes sense to mask what you really are under that institutional shine.....until one realizes that Tommy Rees is running the show on offense there.

We can excuse Mario's gaffe with Gattis based on his misleading resume but Mario's infatuation with Rees (second only to his with Jason Candle) was always concerning to me.

Baga is always going to be Baga....until Sabag starts making really lazy hires like he just did on both sides of the ball there.

That said, I'm getting numb to all this. Wake me up when the Green Lot opens prior to the Miami (OH) game.

Again, he would’ve had to have been guaranteed a starting position. Read my prior post.
He’s played behind zero o line with limited WR talent outside of Rambo and has still managed to produced…TVD beats out and starts at 98% of the schools in the country. Maybe 5 schools he doesn’t walk into and start at automatically and Bama isn’t one of them

It felt so good to be a Miami Hurricane to be going to the Final Four and Elite 8 for the men's and women's hoops teams...incredible pride for my school. This...its some bull****.

I don't care if this happens or not or how true anything is, even it being out there in the ether as a thing is absurd and embarrassing. Like, can we get our ******* house in order and **** together? I hope ever single thing about this story is absolutely false. Even 1% of it being true is embarrassing.

TVD isn’t a natural leader, he plays too much golf instead of fine tuning his game.

TVD would also most likely be a 1st round QB if he transferred to Bama this year. Two things can be true at once.

No need to make excuses it would be a very tough loss.
lmao. people can't have lives? this is stupid.

That he would even consider transferring to the point where it was far enough along to be even reported, is seriously f’d up.

HORRIBLE look for UM, Cristbal, Dawson, AND mostly, TVD.

Even if he comes back, not sure this is fixable from a culture/team standpoint
Yea. U can’t have your “unquestioned” leader, working back door deals, threatening to hop on the 1st thing smoking outta town, then come back and act like errythang ok. Fucc that! U wanna go…. Don’t let the door hit u on the ***. And I’m not even emotional or mad. It would just be hard for me to believe that my QB is all in, if he outchea, shopping himself. And if that’s the case, it would be hard for me to follow u. It will set us back a year or 2, but There will be other QBs.

Apparently you didn’t understand my post. If he doesn’t play at Bama how has he helped himself. Just read what I wrote. I said he would’ve had to have been guaranteed a starting position.

Being better at football is irrelevant. Are you telling me he wants to sit on the bench and watch Bama go 12-0 so he can cheer for them.

This is classic CIS.

An insider confirms potentially BAD news and then dips for a few hours to allow 20 pages of bickering, finger pointing and conspiracy theories.

Great for clicks.

This is where I give Cribby tons of credit. He never does a “hit & run” but sticks around to address the situation and share other tidbits without betraying confidences.

Your confidence in him is pretty amazing. Your hyperbole about him starting at virtually every school in the US, including the SEC, must make it true.

Show me all your other posts extolling his virtues. Because you must’ve said this before? Right?
