The Problem is that we have no DC besides Guidry who can preside over the shop, unless there is someone in the Department who can bring order to the defensive side of the ball. Guidry obviously can't, given the rumors.

Besides, Mario has a reputation of allowing guys to seek other employment rather than just having them walk the plank.
