Fisch didn't start teaching QBs until he got the Minnesota job as offensive coordinator. Coley actually was OC/QB coach at Norland and at FIU. He might know a little bit about teaching the position as well.

Seems like jimbo left coley on staff for recruiting purposes. My issue is do we end up with a staff of great recruiters but average coaches. I dont want to end up like fsu where we get loads of talent but end up losing a game or two due to corching
