Arkansas plays Saturday so I would assume we hear about 95% of our staff by Monday/Tuesday.

If we don’t hear about coordinators by then, that would mean they are coaching in the NFL or championships game (Georgia) maybe Michigan beats Georgia and we have a full staff by Jan 2

Schumann is an elite recruiter, knows the area having recruited Georgia and FL extensively, and has upside working at one of the premier college football programs with high-level defensive minds such as Smart, Muschamp, and Lanning and also cutting his teeth under Saban. The players at Georgia love him but not as a friend type, the quotes I've read have been unanimous in that they love him because he pushes them to be better and has improved their game.
