Seniors pre-season draft stock

Flowers - 1st
Duke - 1st/2nd round, should be 1st if he's healthy
Perryman - 3rd/4th very overrated, especially in coverage.
Gunter - 4th underrated, long corners are a hot commodity
Feliciano - 5th
Dorsett - 5th look how loaded this year's WR class is, no way would Dorsett go higher than the 5th round. He can play his way to the 3rd at most.
Walford - 7th
Chick - PFA why would anyone draft him? What does he do well or where does he win on the field?

A lot of guys have a chance to get drafted in next years draft and some of them can go very high. We got potentially 3-4 1st rounders next year assuming they continue to play great, stay healthy, and improve.

Flowers - Top 15
Duke - Borderline 1st
Perryman - Borderline 1st
Howard - Borderline 1st
Chickillo - 4th
Feliciano - 5th
Walford - 5th
Dorsett - 7th
Gunter 7-UDFA

Definitely a lot of guys can get drafted. ****, if Bush has a good year and stays healthy and decides to declare, he could go in the first 3 rounds.

Howard is too high and Dorsett is too low, IMO.

The problem with Dorsett is that he's a Randall Hill type. Zero wiggle. Zero run after the catch ability. His speed definitely is elite but he's pretty close to a one trick pony from an NFL perspective. Definitely worth a first day pick but I think that ranking is about right.

I agree on Howard...he's too high. I think his best position at the next level will be at safety.

Not sure about Howard at safety....could be. Definitely agree on Dorsett though. He's just flat out not good in the open field for a speed guy. Not sure how that translates to the NFL though his straight line speed will be enough to get him a lot of interest.

He has no wiggle with the ball but he is quick as a route runner. I see him as a 3rd-4th rounder. The speed is rare, he has high character and he can separate all day.

Whose value would you compare him to?

jersey mentioned Titus Young, although I don't think he will go that high.

When you compare him to Travis Benjamin (who went high 4th round), I think he is less of a returner but a more polished route-runner. Same kind of speed.

He's got more muscle than Benji as well, but a good comparison as to where he will likely be drafted.

Agree 100%. Dorsett will test real well. Should run a low 4.4 and he is a return guy as well.

Howard - I don't believe - will test well. He will be a 4.6+ guy.

No way.

They may both be in the 4.3/4.4 time but it's like saying Santana Moss and Daryl Jones are comparable because of their speed. One would get caught from behind and the other would not. TB rarely got caught from behind whereas Dorsett does so often.

If Brandon Harris can get drafted in the 2nd and DVD in the 3rd than Howard, who is better than both, should be considered to be in 1-3 round draft range leaning more towards late 1st /early second .
what do you think Howard's 40 time is?

Probably the same or better than your vaunted gator secondary last year.
Didn't they all pretty much run a 4.5-4.6 at the combine?

Howard has made a fair share of plays but he is not consistent enough to be 1st rounder i see him going in 3rd round and I think the game has slowed down alot for Howard and in the spring he is playing with a lot of confidence. we play alot zone and honestly Howard is a zone CB, i cant see him bumping and running with top WR's IMO.

Perryman is a stud, he will go 2nd round . could go in the 20's in the first round with a great Senior Year.

Chick could have been great here but that weight absolutely is killing him. he will go 5th-6th round.

I really hope dorsett has a fantastic year. he is no Tavon Austin so i dont see him going early. i will say 4th-5th round. i would be surprised any higher. unless he has a fantastic 40.

Dorsett reminds me of Lee Evans from the Bills. Evans never had any wiggle and was one dimensional but no one was better at taking the top off of a defense than him. Every time Evans caught the ball deep he was 4 or 5 steps behind the defense just like PD. Even their size is similar.

Dorsett is fast as ****. Dude takes the top off of a defense. However, he's small, has no wiggle and provides nothing in the return game. Cause of that his stock is much lower than Benjamin's IMO.

Perryman - 2nd or (most likely) 3rd round. Height will hurt his stock. There's other linebackers out there who are just as good but taller.

Howard - 2nd or 3rd. Forty will hurt his stock.

Feliciano - 4th or 5th.

Walford - 6th.

Flowers - 1st or 2nd

Duke - 2nd

Dorsett - 3rd

Agree with this. Duke has a **** ton of talent and can help as a return man as well but very few RB's are going to go in the first round anymore.

Uh...

Dorsett gets caught from behind? lol

Somebody show me that please.

Lol thank you. I think they're talking about how Morris throws the deep ball late sometimes which result in him being caught from behind and there nothing he can do about that. But when Morris throws the ball on time Dorsett is left all by himself.

I'm talking about timed/top-end speed. Benjamin is definitely more dynamic with the ball in his hands. Dorsett is the more polished receiver, IMO, and nobody is catching him from behind when he has nothing but green in front of him.

And where are they going in the draft? I can promise you it wont be in the first round.

If Phil ever had shakes boy he would be a problem. But he is just fast in a straightline and VERY indecisive in play with ball in his hands. Now line him up and let him run routes, he will blow guys because he is a solid level route runner and creeps by guys with ease. He will get drafted in the midrounds, because he still has that solid compact size and that ability....look at that Goodwin kid out of Tx that played with Bills
Matter of fact i fully expect his combine numbers to be close to his..http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/marquise-goodwin?id=2539964
Dorsett is also light years better as a wr in route running, etc ...depends on who is in the draft...Dorsett runs his expected sub 4.4 40.....maybe get a sr bowl invite or somehting and he is ogne around that 3rd rd range imo.
