Linder just got abused by a K. Reid from an Ivy League school... Henderson is doing ok versus Dee Ford.. I think Henderson goes 3rd and Linder goes 5th round.. I see Seantrel with a 5-10 year career, but Linder will definitely be a 10 yr guy... even it's a backup role he will be making $230k at minimum for the next 10 years.. Sounds great to me.

This is the most frustrating thing to me about the Morris situation. No he is not consistent, but everyone is quick to jump on him for bad drives, but noone ever wants to point out when someone else screwed it up. Perfect example is the ND game last year. I love Phillip Dorsett, but that dude dropped 2 wide open perfect bombs for guaranteed TDs that would have given us the lead going into halftime and the game may have been much different.
Instead, people point out that Morris didn't get it done. People only remember that the drive stalled, not that player x dropped an easy pass.
Like I said, Morris is not perfect or great, but people bash him way more than deserved, even now when his career here is done. Be glad for the kid. I hated when Kirby Freeman was our qb (except when he put the game winning drive on FSU). He was the worst QB I've ever seen, but even now I won't look at him negatively the way some people here do with Morris.
Which time? He's been beat about 4-5 times.

With Stoutland Henderson was a freshman All American and Linder was a beast, once Kehoe got a hold of them it was all downhill.

Morris is a rythem guy. He looks like crap when hes not in rythem and looks like an all star when he is. He's finally putting together a drive right now.
He could have a career as a career backup similar to Covington.

Well, he just threw a stupid interception, what do we do now? I'll be surprised if the guy gets drafted. Can't read defenses and his physical traits are not special.

Like I said, completely rythem based. quarter ends, he sits for a bit and gets out of sync and throws a pick on the first play of the 4th quarter. Maybe this dude just needs some adderall like Richard Sherman.

I can't disagree that he is playing himself out of the draft. I still think he can have some success (didn't say he'd be anything special) under the right OC.

Stephen Morris' career in the NFL will be similar to Brock Berlin's. Dude will get into the league because of his arm, but by year three, he'll be done because he has no other football skills. S. M. is a guy in a football helmet with a baseball IQ.

Look, I'm by no means a Morris lover. I just think it's pointless to hate on him at this point. Every thread turns into a Golden bash, a Morris bash, or a general bashing of the program. It just gets kind of old. Maybe if he didn't have to put up more than 40 a game, he wouldn't have forced quite as much. All I'm saying.
I'm just stating my opinion. He threw a terrible interception and he just doesn't have the skills. It's actually an indirect compliment to the rest of the program as I think we won 9 games despite him and if we would have had a better QB, we are a BCS team. I'm in the we need better players, and not so much on the bad coaching side.
