the big play alot of folks rememeber him for......the reason he got the pitch from cam ward is because he was getting up off of the floor from whiffing.

His first year he was whiffing all over the **** place as well.
I promise u u dont focus on the line more than i do during the game....if he was a really good blocker they would of told cam mccormick to kick rocks. He gets blown up a good bit in the run game.

i MEAN **** MAN HIS OWN GRANDFATHER IS TELLING U DUDE DOESNT SEE HIMSELF AS A STRAIGHT UP INLINBE BLOCKING TE THOUGH HE IS 6'5 255+. This was said even back in his hs recruiting. He was a finesse guy and sees himself more as a flex te. He developed his blocking somewhat here.
Not saying you're wrong/ I'm right... I'm saying i disagree

You’re working overtime in here fighting the good fight. I’m working on an avatar for you.

Do you remember when Baghdad Bob was saying that the United States was lying about being in Baghdad and our troops were only down the street from him lol

He’s below average athlete for the position think about how many times we threw him tight end slip screens that arroyo killed on only for Williams to gain no yardage after the catch
We didn’t do it that often and when we did it was quite predictable. That being said, he isn’t Arroyo. Very few players in the country has Arroyo ability as a TE. That being said, he isn’t a below average athlete. I mean look at the VT play. He pulled away from multiple defenders in the clutch. IMO, the kid will have a productive career wherever he transfers. Some players just aren’t a good fit for certain teams. Also, Arroyo maybe the only productive TE Cristobal has ever had as a HC and he brought in talent at those positions.

You’re right. He was always used as a flex TE until he went to IMG and came here. He never saw himself as an inline TE. What he wanted to do and what the staff wanted was two different things imo.

@Hufftwoseven - some of these boys out of hand. Good looking out. Scott Hall is on the case.

Yeah seeing Poff Daddy make the list was terrifying
what a waste of NIL money he was.

if emory is the god, hes only playing 1 more season of CFB before hes gone to the league. redshirting is absolutely stupid now especially since kids that are pro draft picks arent gonna use their entire eligibility

If Mario’s defense on the field was half as good as his defense on here, we’d be undefeated.

Trashing Williams in here without 1 word of any negativity for his entire time here.

Y’all are really something.
You know how this place works. Someone leaves and they are complete trash to the slurpers and it's an indictment on everyone to the mopers. Reality is always somewhere in the middle.

Kid would have played and been solid next year but a TE or any football player being mad he was asked to block? Yeah that's not gonna win over many people. That mindset probably limits him as a player. Good luck wherever he ends up.

Agreed. I think the question really comes down to the last part there --- the majority of this type of information comes directly from the Voice of the Hecht leaked from the machine -- yet was never hinted at over the last 2 years when it was Riley the Goods!

It is hilarious.

they bulked him up to fit their preferred role.

Nothing to do with defending Mario, you are just always looking for reasons to attack Mario. This is about a kid making a strange decision (if the grandfather's comment was truly the reason) because playing time and targets are exactly what he'll be getting next year, yet he claims its what he wants and the reason he's leaving. Nothing to do with Mario, and in fact a strange, illogical decision that kids make on teams all around the country.
