chad wilson coached under him too. He aint getting Surtain most definately....The outright indictment was Marco..this sh*t is a wrap at American Heritage because Rumph has no other hs connections. He wasnt a guy that coached at diff high schools or had a good repoire with other hs coaches. He is learning ont he job and honestly is like two notches below even a Ice Harris who got killed on this board. Rumph should be getting fileted now...YOU HAD ONE JOB....LOL..you coach CBS and got a bartender from Texas doing all the heavy lighting..while you retweet like a little kid about a kid you wasnt pulling and you probably knew but tried to drum interest to the show.

He's failed to pull in one kid from the school he coached for the classes of 2016 and 2017. He's been a recruiting failure thus far.

It's not about how good a prospect Marco is or isn't. It's about the fact his father is an ex Cane (yes, ex) that coached under our current CB coach. Marco played for him AND our CB coach has pulled NO ******* recruits from the school he used to coach at! If y'all can't see the big *** problem here, I question your intelligence.

I also do get annoyed at the overreactions when we get slighted by a recruit but I think this time it is definitely warranted. The biggest pro of getting Rumph would be dippping into the Heritage talent. The guy has been unable to get any of the players he coached. Now we have an unexperienced DB coach who is struggling to recruit his own high school. It's just not a good sign, IMO.

Same kid I've preached that his hype has come off 7on7 and camps. Wasn't a starter at USchool as a freshman, didn't start his sophomore year at AH and was a situational player. Didn't play as a junior due to injury. Blew up off a backflip video. Tell me what Marco has done? Athletically the kid has it but I'm not losing sleep over this at all. He has a LOT to prove this year.
Word I got from a reliable source to UF staff. Chad did try to help out Rumph with getting Marco here, but Momma Wilson got in the way. She had Chad break off training with a commit we have as well. FWIW
Don't want to start throwing out more names cause I don't want to get kids caught up, enough has been said.
