I'll give you your props bc you said waaaaaay back that you weren't impressed w him and he needed to show you more. Can't say you're hating. You've been consistent that you're not a fan of his work.

chad wilson coached under him too. He aint getting Surtain most definately....The outright indictment was Marco..this sh*t is a wrap at American Heritage because Rumph has no other hs connections. He wasnt a guy that coached at diff high schools or had a good repoire with other hs coaches. He is learning ont he job and honestly is like two notches below even a Ice Harris who got killed on this board. Rumph should be getting fileted now...YOU HAD ONE JOB....LOL..you coach CBS and got a bartender from Texas doing all the heavy lighting..while you retweet like a little kid about a kid you wasnt pulling and you probably knew but tried to drum interest to the show.

Yeah been trying to tell people to not set theirselves up for dissapointment with Surtain Jr. for the longest, he's not coming. That's been done for a while, LSU, people didn't want to believe it. Because you know "Why does Surtain Sr. live down here and blah blah." He stayed down here a little after his NFL career cause he has kids and had jobs right away. Guy grew up in Louisiana and always wanted to play for LSU, been putting that dream through his son for a while now. Surtain Jr. has made it clear for the longest that LSU is his school.

If there is one kid Rumph better get, and he has a **** of a shot to land him. It's Tyson Campbell. IMO the best DB prospect on AH. No way around it. He coached Tyson in little league and high school and Tyson family big canes fans and he admitted we lead now.

Let's get this straight. I don't think anyone thinks Marco is some otherworldly player that we can't replace with an equal or better prospect. No.

The thing some of you dudes are missing is the cataclysmic failures of Dumbph. There's never been in a school in the history of college football that's hired a HS coach and had him take the golden sombrero on kids he coached last year.

He's even striking out on legacies whose dads coached under him. This is an unparalleled fail in the history of the college game what Dumbph is doing here.

This dude's a laughingstock. Then, to put a cherry on the **** sundae he whipped up, the big dolt promoted a commitment to our most hated rival. Richt should suspend that big mook and get him treatment immediately because he's a danger to himself and the Canes community.

Not even trying to hate on the kid but honestly of Wilson, Davis, Bandy and Henderson, if I had to pick 2 it would be Bandy and Henderson. We're sitting good.

add vern and a few others who I actually thought had the stomach.. I think these dudes done softened up with age.
 
I usually don't like putting recruits, their parents, or the teams recruiter on blast for a kids decision... but any shade thrown to Marco (wants to make his own path and follows in his brothers footsteps), Chad (can't convince his son to go to Miami to play for his lifelong friend and coach for the last 10 years), and Rumph (LOL) is all fine with me.

I'm not fully against Rumph, it can still work out, and it's early. He needs to prove he can coach first and foremost. Then, he'll have his hands full getting CJ Henderson ready to contribute A LOT in 2017. But you can't deny, he is getting OWNED on the recruiting trail right now.

Also, it'd probably be a wise choice to get on a juco guy right now, asap or plan to load up on grad transfers again. They seemed to not go after Dean at all for some strange reason.
