Well fortunately we aren't talking about girlfriends and women. There is a weird trend on this site for posters to constantly compare 17 year old teenage boys making a decision on what college to attend with their girlfriends getting their faces plastered and gangbanged. If there is one thing I can 100% count on here, its that at least one poster will respond to a report that a top recruit has expressed a lot interest in Miami but still wants to take visits before committing (even though NSD is almost a year away) with "why, that's no different than some guy nutting on my girlfriends face!" Personally, I don't constantly associate football recruiting with dudes jizzing on girlfriends, but that seems to the very first thing many posters think of. Very odd. No offense but I wonder if the reverse is also true. When you are kissing your girlfriend, does it give you the same feeling as hearing a teenage boy has decided to play football for Miami?
As for your last suggestion- Miami can't outbag the big bag schools. That's not going to change. You can either come up with a winning plan to get around that or keep losing those recruits and whining about Miami not having more money. The way you get around not having the same heavy bags it is to get an elite kid in the fold, keep it quiet, and let him play those other schools. Its having a strategy to do what we always joke about - take the money and run. The cheaters can't call the bag police to recover their bags. It's the cost of doing business. Eventually they may catch on and won't give out free samples anymore, but for now Miami is working smarter, not harder. This is "the other way" to keep the S Fl monsters at home.
