I think alot of our fans forget that most of our biggest portal addtions..came in the 2nd window of the portal after Spring ball was over. (Martinez, Barrow, Baron, etc). You guys gotta relax. You have to save some of the NIL money for the guys playing in the CFP who will portal out as soon as they get knocked out too. Im definitely not in panic mode. We get Lucas and/or Brantley and I give us a solid B- coming out of the first window.

It’s a new era of moving fast on evals in the portal and being able to scheme and coach on Saturdays. The old formula of stacking talent through HS recruiting is dead. I was all about building through HS and still think there is an element to it but it became crystal clear in 23 that the game had changed

Ewers isn’t good. Texas had the best offensive weapons in the sec and a good to great line. Ewers just doesn’t move the needle for me. He’s living off that five star rating. Texas is dumping him after this year

it honestly feels like UGA lost a step or two the last two years. however, im not sold UT will turn all this recruiting into wins.

I mean you can say he hasn’t lived up to his hype….but he’s a 3:1 TD:INT QB with 65% completion and 8000 career yards. We could do far worse lol
