We win at least 10 games w him.
Yep.
He’d be a read-option battering ram.
The passing game would struggle because he isn’t going to see what the **** is going on through the bunched up mess we run and lack of motion to expose the defense.
The offense would probably have a pretty decent down to down efficiency rating.
Poor explosive rating, especially in the passing game.
And a ton of close, coin flip games because we’ve bled the clock and turned everything into a one possession game. And then it’s just pure luck how those turn out.
Basically Mario’s offense every year he’s been a coach.
I was being somewhat sarcastic. LOL. The narrative the last couple of days has changed. We gotta be prepared for anything.
Thanks! Thought it appropriate considering Mario’s recruiting prowess.haha gotcha. Btw ur avatar is perfect
Emory would beat out KJ??!! Lolmaybe. but that's why it's a "prediction," and not a "bet." ... and the starter will be the one that wins the job in an open competition. I'm not convinced that KJ beats out Emory. But it's a moot point, since I think we don't end up with KJ and Emory may not be ready for spring.
excellent questionDo we trust Dawson to adapt to KJ's strengths, applying some of the Briles concepts that helped KJ in 2021/2022?
I don't know enough to intelligently speak on the differences between the two offensive systems (Briles and Dawson).
Emory would beat out KJ??!! Lol
I know you know your QBs and know football, are a great poster but C’mon. You sound like the guy that was on with Donno today saying if the Canes don’t get a transfer that Emory will be ready to go in the spring.
No ******* way Emory starts over the transfer QB and if no transfer is brought in, well, it’s a fireable offense even though, like failing to take a knee, Mario won’t be fired. It’s just stupid.

I agree his arm talent is not the best but from what I have seen of him over the years, it’s a lot better than Emory’s arm. Not a TVD arm, obviously, but KJ, if he’s brought here, is not to sling the ball all over the field. He will be utilized in different ways, especially incorporating his running abilities.I realize it's not a popular opinion. But what I am saying is, in this offense, I am NOT convinced that KJ is the be all, end all.
If someone sees something I don't, well it won't be the first time and it won't be the last. I just have major doubts about the guy's arm talent, and if that's our QB for next year, .... then I have a lot of serious questions
Nah I just think as usual we put all our emotional eggs in the Cam Ward basket (myself included) and now the boards will settle for nothing less lol.
Did Bruce Warner really say that?
Holy ****!!! Wow! That’s crazy.ok, THAT guy is a total moron. a power tool the likes of which would make black and decker jealous
and his real name is not Bruce Warner . It's Boris Warshovsky, and if I recall correctly, he scammed UM into thinking his dad was a WWI D-Day veteran. Which is so odd, considering his dad was born with a muscular disorder that put him in a wheelchair most of his life, from the time he was a child. So if his dad was swimming to the shores of Normandy, he was doing it in floaties.
Also, "Bruce Warner" claims to be buddies with half the players at UM since 1982. Facts is, 99% of the players couidn't pick the guy out of a lineup where the other 4 guys were one eyed midgets.

WE can surround KJ with much better talent than he had at Arky. Some of yall narrow in on players then close your mind on others. I do Cam Ward is the better throwing but Kj is 250 pounds amd can run and throw. Better duality. A player doesnt have to be first round ready to win CFB games. Just a leader and play within the structure of the team. Big OL, RBs, WRs and TEs.
I seen UGA win 2 titles with Bennet. I seen USC just win 7 games with a reigning Heisman winner and 1st round pick at QB. There is bunch of middle ground there as well. KJ is not a bum, i watched his film and his numbers are in alot of areas better than them other man.Your hit ratio is normally top notch QBs make the talent around them better. Not vice versa. It has happened in the past, but your top QBs are performing regardless of where they’re at. Put me in the disappointment camp if we end up with KJ when there other QBs besides Ward were available before we put all our eggs in that basket.
