Canes inability to sign a decent QB goes back 20 yrs before Mario was HC. He's just continuing the trend. Not gonna count Mario out until the dust settles but yeah he’s gonna have to flip some trends for sure

Yup but not good enough for miami..... at least thats what I've read on hereSeems like he’ll be at Bama when Nicky goes.
How does this even happenAnd he committed without OV
All I know is Malzahn is a player coach and is so nice. Probably told him everything he needed to hear and committed sight unseen. How does this even happen
Agree, its the best offense to showcase his talents. Not sure its the best offense to hep him address his shortcomings and work towards actually making an NFL roster (assuming thats his end goal even though I don't think he has the natural arm talent for it either way).Gus' offense is the prefect fit for him.
If we go into the year with what we currently have, there will be no amount of preseason hype and sunshine pumping that will get me excited for next season. On the bright side at least we are getting it out of the way now and not realizing it in October
Probably took a guaranteed spot. Can’t fault the kid no sense in just waiting around idly. How does this even happen
Yeah all that stuff is just entertainment. I stopped listening to it a long time agoIf we go into the year with what we currently have, there will be no amount of preseason hype and sunshine pumping that will get me excited for next season.
Probably but the league isn't afraid to draft spread quarterbacks like they used to be. His athletic ability is is best attribute and hiding it in a drop-back system might be detrimental to his future prospects.Agree, its the best offense to showcase his talents. As much as his stats took a dive under Enos, I actually thought he got better as a more traditional passer doing the kinds of things he will need to in the NFL.
