You guys put way too much into what zo does. And again Zo is on record as saying that he's a big fan of the style of offense gattis runs. The one thing that keeps me at peace is knowing that Zo is overseeing many things in the Hecht, I'm sure staff evaluation and staff assemblance are in his realm.
17 days. Enjoy Christmas and some football but after that, we burn it down.
If Mario walks into game 1 of next season with Gattis still as his OC the toxicity around this program will be approaching all time high levels .17 days. Enjoy Christmas and some football but after that, we burn it down.
they added coaches to basically neuter his impact his final year there. those two guys are the OCs now and haven't skipped a beat.Starting to think the same lol, seems like he wants gattis to find another job but if he doesn’t he’ll be back but probably with better surrounding pieces to help him like they did in his last year at Michigan
we can't be the program that has cash and we will spend and then not afford a buyout for a coach w reportedly one year left. if you couldn't afford the expensive staff, dont hire them for that money. His buyout is pittance compared to some of the NIL money being thrown around..

According to some genius on another thread, “no one cares who the Miami OC is”.
Just look at how many butts you will see in seats. Then you’ll realize who cares.
And who's gonna be his quarterback? Supposedly Garcia and TVD will both be gone if Gattis comes back.Starting to think the same lol, seems like he wants gattis to find another job but if he doesn’t he’ll be back but probably with better surrounding pieces to help him like they did in his last year at Michigan
everyone on the outside saw the coaching failure, ineptitude. If Mario walks into game 1 of next season with Gattis still as his OC the toxicity around this program will be approaching all time high levels .
lol if he can say parents pick up your kid but wont fire an incompetent dope who failed at his job bc of optics, hes a failure. I dont want to hear a single bull**** line in a presser about parents, kids, toughness if he can't fire this moron. false bravado is all it is. when hes had to make a tough decision, where is he? Oregon filled their open OC job quickly. UNC is already targeting their new OC. NC State just took a good OC candidate. we're just sitting here trying to play nice. fire this dude. dont send him to recruits homes when hes not their coach. this is as much of a **** show as our Manny staffs
Producing the worst Miami offense in the last 50 years after inheriting a top 25 offense and the ACC rookie of the year QB will have that effect.Gattis is easily the most disliked coach by the fanbase in an extremely long time. That's one **** of an accomplishment.
He's up there with NoD, and I think Gattis is actually worse. Not sure how that's even possible, but he absolutely sucks.
Save for his recruiting chops he’s acting and looks like a beta at this point.lol if he can say parents pick up your kid but wont fire an incompetent dope who failed at his job bc of optics, hes a failure. All these schools Oc left for another job they weren’t fired.lol if he can say parents pick up your kid but wont fire an incompetent dope who failed at his job bc of optics, hes a failure. Yet it is December 10, 2022, the World Cup knockout is nearly done, and Josh ***king Gattis is still Miami’s OC. Oh, did I mention that our QBs are looking for new teams and Mario’s “bump” recruiting class is starting to crack? Al Golden 2.0.I am 99% sure Ponce is done as I’ve said before. I have that on good authority.
I do not know if Gattis is done, but instead am relying on others. I refuse to believe Gattis will be retained in any capacity. Not because of any source or what is reported on CIS; because if Gattis stays, Mario loses a majority of the fan base. It’s self destructive to keep Gattis. It’s a bad business decision. Those that are overseeing the Program (Rad, etc.) are all accomplished business leaders. I cannot imagine them sitting back and letting Mario run this back. It‘s program damaging and negatively impacts revenue.
Let alone losing your QB and WR room now and for the foreseeable future..which QB or WR, on the roster or in the future, wants to play for Gattis?I am 99% sure Ponce is done as I’ve said before. I have that on good authority.

The flaw in your logic might be assuming that Mario cares what the fanbase thinks, or that he even believes Gattis did a bad job. He’s been pretty consistent in blaming players and expressing his desire to flip the roster. I’m also not sure if Rad wants to dictate to Mario who to fire and hire one year into his tenure, especially since he didn’t actually hire Mario. If anything, he doesn’t want to **** off the people with the money who were instrumental in getting Mario to Miami.I am 99% sure Ponce is done as I’ve said before. I have that on good authority.
