Interesting thing with Tierney is Kafka already has three HC interviews lined up, could get a bump up in New York or elsewhere

Fwk around and wait to long and the 2 that becomes a 10 at 2 won’t be available. Lol, at some point decision has to be made. Probably around 12:30 😂

Agreed, and tbh the timeline would make sense considering he’s still coaching. It’s always a telling sign when a coordinator (Daboll) gets a promotion and brings someone from his previous job with him via promotion.

The more I look over his resume the more Im impressed.
Last decade he’s worked under/with the following coaches.

- Chip Kelly
- Pat Shurmur
- Lane Kiffin
- Steve Sarkisian
- Weis Jr
- Brian Dabboll
- Ken Dorsey
My eagles will put a end to that this week.

People will learn to trust who they get info from or just shut up. Bouncing back in forth makes you look dumber than just being wrong. If you have legit info from multiple people you trust roll with it.
You’ve been constant in that he’s leaving.

However, Asking ppl to sit around, wait and watch other teams make moves for OC’s that you could have possibly brought in, OCs that could have help you with talent acquisition, and them expect them to not feel like something not adding up is disingenuous.

I'm trying to figure out how yall are ok with Tierney but didn't want Dorsey last season.

Dorsey's resume (last season) blows Tierney out the water.
Dorsey would have been a home run. I think people saw our budget last year and refused to roll with an OC that never called plays before.

Now we’re in a situation where it could be A third grader calling plays and it would be better than the current layout.

But while Dorsey would have been spectacular, I still think some are selling Tierney short. He’s worked with an extensive number of impressive offensive minds. What him and Daboll have done with the Giants offense — an offense with Daniel Jones at QB and Richie James as WR1 - is wild.

This is all hypothetical, of course.

I’ve always felt like he had somebody in mind or something agreed on. Somebody from his past or somebody that was interested last year. Something like that.

This. I‘d imagine he has a good idea or even a verbal agreement with somebody. I’ve only heard rumors and I’ve learned to just ignore that stuff and let it happen.

I’m not going out on a limb by saying this, but I’m betting Mario goes with a proven commodity with a track record of developing QBs

Basically the opposite if Gattis

I respect that unlike some of the blind followers here, you at least acknowledge that Mario has a stigma that follows him and that coupled w/ these long drawn out situations don’t always help.

I personally don’t like the way this was handled but it’s not my decision. If he hires a home run OC everyone will be happy……..until week 1 lol.

Everyone??? Around here?!? Lol you know that’s nowhere near true but yes, we’ll be good again till week 1 for sure. Then it’s Mope:30 time again.
