Gave Gattis a 35% probability of being retained and also said that he heard from the TVD camp that he’s staying because he got reassured that next year's offense will be different.

I don’t know but it’s something I have wondered about as well. Confirmation and recency bias lends me to think coordinator dismissals numbers are low without a head coach change. I think Most of the movement comes from positive attrition.

I don't know everyone that's been fired but just from a couple of the teams I keep up with, Kentucky fired their OC immediately and Baylor fired their DC pretty quick.
