It's not about whether YOU have to "wait" or "not wait".

It's about whether your constant whining, which even you can admit is having NO IMPACT on the timeframe, is just a ***** move. And you know it's a ***** move. Every god**** thread is full of the same batch of whiny ******* posting multiple threads which complain about the same two or three things, even when you've been told that some changes are likely to happen this off-season.

And just admit it, that's some intentional crybaby **** on your end.

You don't have to agree with Mario's principles or methods or considerations. But it's his job to do these things, and if he makes no changes as the mopers fear, it is at his peril (for job retention). And 45 or 50 days of constant mope-posting in every related, and even unrelated, thread is not going to accelerate Mario's actions.

Setting aside all of the Mario-hatred and the specfics of the situation, the impatient crybabies are making the board miserable for everyone else who realizes that non-stop porsting is not going to result in your desired outcome.

I will make my upcoming charitable contribution and game-attendance decisions based on what happens over the next few weeks, not on what "didn't happen" over the past 6 weeks.

But if *****-porsting makes you feel better, you're going to do it anyhow, regardless of whether it's a pathetic behavior.

So Ponce and/or TVD can fire Gattis?

You want to twist words, that's on you. You knew what I was talking about. Conflicts between the head coach and any of the coaches who report to him.

If you want to deny the fact that I want Gattis replaced as well, that's your decision. I'm just giving Mario the time he needs to do it quietly and cleanly and with a replacement lined up.

There is one thing to take the swing. You take it. Every time.

What isn’t ok is acting like he didn’t take the swing, and/or other swings at various coaches and that Gattis and Steele were his top choices. That was the 2022 vibe - relax, Mario has this, he’ll get his guy - in a you’re an ingrate and imbecile for even being impatient for the king, tone…

Let’s fix the ******* staff and build the program.

No accountability when you have 2 coaches not cooperating and you score no points, ruin a previously optimistic QB room, etc…

All this adds to the lack of patience and antics…

you can just ignore the thread instead of trying to act like board police. you know what this thread is gonna be filled w before you click on it. stop telling people what to do or post when you know what youre getting. at this point you just like to get angry. you are actively choosing to do all this lol and get into back and forths when you do that. its also intentional on your end. let everyone ***** if they want. it essentially became a massive therapist thread

Two coaches not cooperating? Good lord, you act as if personality conflicts are unique to Miami.

Mario gave two of his new hires the time to get on the same page. If it's still not working by the end of the season, it's time to turn the page. This happens at nearly every university, but somehow you invent a construct where Day 1 or Month 1 conflicts and failures must, by default, result in firing. And make no mistake about it, I am 100% in favor of multiple UM coaches moving to new jobs as soon as possible this off-season.

If you want to keep bleating out nonsense about how Mario will bring back the entire coaching staff "because he hasn't fired anyone yet", that's your choice.

I am now drafting an angry letter to Dan and Alonzo, urging them to do something about Mario's coaching staff, because NOW "even the pods are getting annoyed".

Alright, I'm going to stay positive today and trust that Gattis will indeed be fired. The WR recruiting misses were too much for Mario to overlook.

I think questioning a coach that won 5 games and loss to mtsu is a very good take but im not the one who can decide that.

You can praise recruiting and talent evaluation every day. but dont ******* dare question coaching abilities even though theyve been questioned at every place mario has been.
