We have to be patient, here was last years timeline for Mario's hires. We may have a long time to wait, hope Alonzo can hurry up the process.
Mario Cristobal was hired Dec. 6, 2021, and started hiring coaches in January beginning with strength coach Aaron Feld Jan. 3. Alex Mirabal and Joe Salave’a followed Jan. 7, Kevin Smith Jan. 14, Josh Gattis Feb. 5, Kevin Steele Feb. 9, Jahmile Addae Feb. 16, and Charlie Strong and Frank Ponce Feb. 18 followed by Rod Wright March 4.

Not every kid failed the exam.

And that doesn't make Gattis good. If you're a bad teacher, every kid fails, obviously. But the examples that were made to say that a teacher is bad by saying "If not everyone gets it, its the teachers fault", these examples are simply not accurate.
which kid succeeded in this offense? some had flashes but no one played well anywhere on it. either used improperly or in the wrong schemes etc.

And before people point my stance on teaching on me defending Gattis:

My point simply was that the current personnel won't identify with Ludwigs offense and therefore, a reluctancy to learn settles in. We've had this before.

Its a great offense, but it is a) complex and b) focuses on the things Gattis wants to have, which is to dominate from the middle.

The difference is, Ludwigs offense works because its good and well designed.
tbh, there isnt a time gattis has ever coordinated a good offense which i know youre not defending but just pointing that out. hes not good period. hes never been good.

Let me give you guys a little reminder, Mario, Gattis and key people believe our injury’s and lack of talent are the cause for those stats.

Although I do believe those factors played a role in our struggles, I do not think they were the biggest problem, especially at the end with the garbage we were running. Gattis went full ****** and scared once TVD went down.
aligns w what mike ryan kept saying

Colbie Young and Restrepo demonstrated that they can play in this offense.

coblie started well and disappeared. i dont have faith in gattis developing him. restrepo can play in any offense imo regardless of system bc of his skillset. there is way more evidnce that gattis isnt a good oC and has never successfully coordinated a good offense on his own. mario is a ***** tbh for not firing him

So I guess that baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad feeling I’ve been having isn’t gas after all.

Been hoping all I needed was some gas-x but seems all I’m gonna need is something to cover my eyes when the offense has the ball even though I’d love to know WTF they are all staring at between plays…….Devine intervention or an image from above of a play that might work 🤷‍♂️

You would think that being in the position he is in life, he'd have proof read his Tweet, and Switched out "To" for "Too"....and not to reiterate, but "IF" that Tweet was aimed at Ed...he can kiss my *** again....

Ed and Zo were beefin? Or is this an assumption?
