You’re a ret@rd if your only logic that Gattis is staying is centered on him NOT being fired by some arbitrary date that you set….. which also completely ignores the timeline and logistics of bowl games wrapping up

What do the bowl games have to do with anything? Coordinators on bowl teams have been switching jobs. When Gattis is still here after the bowl games then the next explanation will be “NFL playoffs” as we try to convince ourselves that Gattis is leaving, despite what to this point has been no evidence that that is happening.

I’m merely watching from my TV at this point, but there were a couple instances where he looked out of it. Not engaged, sitting on the bench at times instead of standing with the team, etc. We’ve already been over via the insiders and prominent posters why publicly firing coaches that late in the season (one game left) isn’t a good idea for future offensive candidates.

If I’m wrong, so be it. But the source is pretty **** close to the family. Cribby then circled back to his different sources and we came to the same answer.
