I can tell you have never been a coach, nor a teacher, not even helped a kid with learning or been in a role of someone qualifying.

And yes, even elite coaches and coordinators can't explain their offense to their players. Thats why players dont play. Thats why they transfer. It gets lost because enough players get it to make it work, but theres a ****load of players leaving really good coaches as we speak simply because of a lack of playing time.

Now you’re talking, I responded to your blanket statement with a blanket statement. If a coach had 50 players and half cant pick up what he’s teaching he’s not a good teacher. Its that simple, if u cant find a way to connect with your students to find a way that can help them learn what you’re teaching then you aren’t a good enough teacher.

Its that simple, most teachers/coaches just are stuck in the way they’ve been teaching it so they think any group should be able to learn that way, thats the problem and why I don’t just blame the students/players all the time

Its not that simple, its a completely nonsensical take. It doesn't factor in the student.

You are saying that every student is equally cognitively talented in every aspect and motivated to learn in every aspect. That is not the case. Its good to assume this for a theorem, but it has absolutely has no practical usage because it has never happened.

All i see is excuses. Im not saying every student will pick it up, they all might have different timelines but as a teacher its your duty to find a way to connect. If u have to red fish blue fish it for them to understand then thats what u should do

No hard feelings, but you view this from a way too simplistic POV that does not match up with science.

If teachers were the end all and be all of grades, theoretically speaking, every college student should be perfectly capable of getting A+ grades with the exact same teacher. That does not happen.

if every kid fails an exam, thats not on the kid anymore. its on the teacher. this year we had every kid fail the exam. that wasnt on the kid anymore. it was on the teacher (gattis)

Let me give you guys a little reminder, Mario, Gattis and key people believe our injury’s and lack of talent are the cause for those stats.

Although I do believe those factors played a role in our struggles, I do not think they were the biggest problem, especially at the end with the garbage we were running. Gattis went full ****** and scared once TVD went down.

Not every kid failed the exam.

And that doesn't make Gattis good. If you're a bad teacher, every kid fails, obviously. But the examples that were made to say that a teacher is bad by saying "If not everyone gets it, its the teachers fault", these examples are simply not accurate.

And He started the season running a **** offense that TVD wasn’t gelling in, so Mario and Gattis get no pass with the injuries from some.

And before people point my stance on teaching on me defending Gattis:

My point simply was that the current personnel won't identify with Ludwigs offense and therefore, a reluctancy to learn settles in. We've had this before.

Its a great offense, but it is a) complex and b) focuses on the things Gattis wants to have, which is to dominate from the middle.

The difference is, Ludwigs offense works because its good and well designed.
