***** Schiano......who the **** does he think he is.....being associated with Miami half made him who he is.

I remember when his second string soccer *** used to put recruiting billboards up in South Florida to try and lure South Florida prospects.

His high and mighty *** can mire in mediocrity. He tried to treat Miami like a little **** last go around.

He can take his *** back to Rutgers and enjoy 8 win seasons.

Enjoy being a second string assistant for the rest of your life Schiano

The last thing we need is for our players to get staph infections - no thanks.

For those clamoring for Petrino, this could be a stumbling block depending on what Golden's buyout is

Western Kentucky gave Petrino a four-year deal with a base annual salary of $850,000. If he terminates the deal at any time, he must re-pay the university $1.2 million in six monthly payments starting the month after he leaves.

Woweee!!! A whole million dollars! Insurmountable.

Three way tie between Petrino, Butch, and Dantonio. That's tier one.

Tier two would be Schiano and Chud.

Tier three would be the end of the program. This is a poll of who you would WANT, not who do u expect, and yet we have posters who would take Chad Morris who hasn't ever run a program over bobby Petrino who not only has but runs a better version of that offense.

We have people here who voted for Pat Narduzzi bc of his defense, instead of the already proven HC WHO HELPD INVENT SAID DEFENSE.

And who on their right mind would choose mediocre FIU and Tulane coaches when given a choice????

Obviously not, but if the decision truly came down to Petrino vs. Butch, one would save the University a million bucks and I haven't forgotten how cheap our administration is

Rich Rodriguez should be on this list as well as Jimmy Franklin. Both are reasonable candidates for this job.

Surprised that Petrino isn't #1.

Let's play the what if games. Butch is 62 and had cancer. What is the long term if he is selected? 5-8 years? Who does he groom, Mario come on board for the "in waiting" next coach?

I don't see Davis as a "groomer". You hire Davis because he's an absolute savant when it comes to evaluating/developing HS talent. He's not a genius gameplanner or gameday coach by any stretch. Not so sure that gift of evaluation can be passed on to someone else under him.
