It often requires a deep dive to get to the bottom line figure as there can be multiple stipends and pay for other titles or positions. Also doesn’t account for booster club bonuses or compensation.
The sprawl is crazy. I moved to the north metro about 6 years ago and seeing the stickers continuously get put over the “Starting from $x00K” has been nuts. Places that were ******* barren just half a decade ago now popping up massive subdivisions with like 2000 homes where every house is over half a million, and you’re still an hour from the city.
I’d bet my life there’s a house included. Also, Buford’s new stadium is looking insane. That campus for a relatively small Georgia high school is nuts.
Have to imagine Reaves will be on that list soon, either at Milton or somewhere else. But that area has money, I’d assume they do what they need to to keep him around.

Interesting. Definitely would have assumed he was making more than that if there’s not a housing stipend as well. But I also just assumed he lived in Buford city district and that may not be the case.
Crazy thing about Buford district is it pulls from Gwinnett county and Hall county. He lives in Hall county but I believe it’s technically in Buford district.
Yeah the districting for that school system is crazy. Houses in Hall that are in Buford’s district sell immediately and over listing because the taxes are lower than Gwinnett but the school system is such a pull. As someone trying to sell a home in Hall but NOT in Buford district, it’s infuriating lol

You are right about that. The last big time player I can remember off the top of my head at Chamblee was Roddy Jones. That was 05 or 06
They suck. But from my understanding Jamal has a relationship with the people in charge.
