Hazing and Bullying

Incognito is a known actor. He was passed over by colleges and NFL teams for his 'personality issues'. He was literally on the DO NOT DRAFT board for some teams (Dungy even went so far as to be quoted) based on his psychological make up. And his teammates are taking his side?!? There is so much wrong here I don't even know where to begin. All I can say definitively is that this is the perfect example of the bad apple. All it takes is one of them to ruin something good. So NFL guys like to haze and harass and love their macho locerroom inner sanctum? Well, guess what? One psycho took it too far and now the PC police are all up in it.

Seriously, the Fins deserve every bit of misery they get this season and beyond. (I do, however, feel sorry for Fins fans.)

You don't want bullied or hazed, break the clowns nose. Most people are all talk anyways, and get their rocks off of getting over on people. You don't have to be the biggest person in the world, our the best fighter to put the **** to a rest.

Bullies don't want confrontation.

Once again, not everyone is wired like that.

Let's be clear. Everyone keeps referring to incognito as a bully when in reality he's a psycho. Clearly not your average 'bully'. I can't imagine what Martin thought his options were when said individual is on the leadership council? And teammates seemed to agree with him?

That organization gives the term dysfunctional a brand new meaning.

If you can't stand up for yourself. Then you deserve to be in that situation.

You don't have to be a street fighter, our wired like a pit bull to stand up for yourself.

You don't need an entire ****nal of weapons to do it either.

Just **** back that fist, and bust that nose. Bully will never come back.

I think the real problem here is the "win at all cost" attitude these guys get exposed to from a young age. If you raise your kids by letting them do whatever they want, with no consequence, what do you think will eventually happen. These players think they are above the law, and that the way they act is normal, because that is the way its been for them from the time they were recognized as a superior football talent. Lawrence Taylor, Aaron Hernandez, and Lawrence Phillips just to name a few. Cris Carter said the biggest piece of bull**** on NFL Live, that its the coaches fault because Jon Martin couldn't trust him. And that Saban, Belichick, and Parcells were great coaches that really cared about their players.
What a line of ****. You really think Parcells didn't know Taylor was snorting his life away? He didn't care as long as he helped them win on Sundays. Its comes out now that everyone since his UF days knew Hernandez was dangerous. But he creates a big part of the Patriots offense, and was Tebow's go to receiver. That's all 99% of these coaches care about is winning, and they are willing to turn a blind eye to all the warning signs that an individual shows of emotion problems. Its become come such a business at all levels of the game, and we know money brings out the worst in people, that players are just sacrificial lambs being used to further someone's coaching career.

Again, Icognito is a psychopath. And not just in terms of his rage. The guy is super weird and bipolar. He's got substance abuse issues, which magnify his imbalance. I wish I could elaborate on a few stories, but they implicate friends, so I won't. Sufficed to say, no one on here should even remotely support him. He's not a good guy and I can only imagine how bad he stalked and harassed Martin. He's the type of guy I despise most in this world -- dumb, juiced out bully who draws his self worth from intimidating and embarrassing weaker people. And not just players. When he's out, he tries to intimidate smaller, weaker people but then proceeds, like a b@tch, to kiss the *** of the guys who roll with hot chicks or own the bars/clubs. He treats support staff like sh@t, too, which is one of my biggest pet peaves. And no one is talking about the obvious -- what type of loser repeatedly milks others to cover his tabs, trips, and binges? Talk about a complete lack of self respect. You're a god **** millionaire and you're willingly taking $$$ from a rookie for a trip when the guy isn't even joining you? F@ck that guy. He'll be two bit bouncer within 3 years.

I doubt he's ever been in this type of environment ever in his life. He went to Stanford, comes from a family with ties to Harvard, and both parents are lawyers. So...

1. As was said before, he isn't wired like that. Regardless, he handled the situation like an adult.

2. He most likely has plans after football and I doubt the "punch him in the face" method would have helped him in any way.

I hate the word bully...dude is a 300 pound grown *** mam. If you can't tell somebody you're not gonna do something then walk away your soft. Plain and simple. Incognito is a **** yes, bit Martin let incognito get in his head. Weak minded individual right there.

aka the man is soft

Most recent reports are that Incognito's treatment of Martin came at the request of the coaching staff to toughen up Martin.
