We won't win with this guy. It's going to be a tough 2 years.
This next coach is going to inherit some real ballers. All I'm asking of Al moving forward, is to stock the cupboard for the next guy.
That's where I'm at now.
Perhaps playing man to man with your 240 pound Linebacker on a receiver all game is not the best way to play any defense
I've always seen this coming. I made a thred earlier in the season taking about this staff being stubborn but every just kept hollering undefeated. Only way d'onofrio will be fired is if blake feels the fans are getting fed up. It's building up now with former players and fans.
I am not a Morris fan, but he didnt give up 500+ yards, or fumble kickoffs, or drop passes.

Tired of the excuses. Always blames the execution. This coming from someone who likes Golden.
How about the fact that a LBer is one on one with a WR in space?
Or a S line up inside is one on one with a WR outside the hash?
Or the fact that our play calling on both sides is so predictable?
Sittuation where a player is put in an impossible situation to succeed.
This is where fans get stupid getting ****ed about any and every answer a coach gives. When your losing there are no right answers for fans short of I had Corch No D fall on his sword last night.
I like Al but his stubbornness is starting to scare me.
I know he has a well documented plan but he has got to make adjustments on the run (like a good qb has to).
The process needs to be less rigid, he doesn't have all the answers in his book.
He seems to be loyal to a fault. He has to learn to bite the bullet and make changes for the betterment of the team.
I know he can do this thing but I am looking for signs of ruthless leadership. I have Saban in mind.
How can you fire your best friend? This isn't an easy one.
