Official Fall PractiSe #2; Wednesday, August 2nd

I agree with you. We need to temper expectations after the abortion of a season we had last year.
I would argue that a “Wait and See” attitude is fair.
For sure

Still. It’s been a long time since there’s been any excitement about the football team. People have been at eachothers throats over recruiting all summer

I say **** it be excited and say as much wild **** as you want life’s too short

Pass me a 40oz of Kool-Aid sir

That's the best thing I've seen player related in a while. He has to be on board. Now teach him to tackle/stay healthy.

That’s someone growing up before your eyes. A freshman James Williams isn’t saying that, but a junior one is and he wants to win. His talent level is higher than pretty much anyone on the team. If he puts it together he can make himself a fantastic living.

FIFY. At the end of the day, I had nothing but respect for Kaaya after he stood tall while getting hammered by FSU all game long. But he REALLY needed that shirt, and should never have left early to go pro. Bad decisions messed his career up IMO. Could have been special.
That was Golden/Coley trying to save their jobs…. And it worked. Bought them another year.

They knew if Ryan Williams (who should’ve started) was QB1 and they didn’t win 9 games they were getting canned. This gave them the “look at my freshman QB, we have hope for the future” line.

A gadget gimmick player in the mold of a deebo samuels type. Not sure how this is confusing to you
Ahhh sarcasm is not your forte I see… 1. Deebo is a bad reference on your part because he absolutely knows how to run routes regardless of him being a Swiss Army Knife. 2… if the insinuation is that it took him a full two years to learn how to run routes that’s problematic on several levels as the athlete we all saw on his HS tape shouldn’t have had such a steep learning curve.
