Those dudes don’t want to leave the west coast/Utah. I get it, that’s where they’re most represented. We don’t get a lot of those kids and either does anyone east of the Rockies. People acting like Georgia, Texas, Ohio State and Alabama have a bunch of Islanders on their rosters. They don’t.

Jt calls line assignments. That's not done by the coordinator from play to play. That's just logic brother. You only get a certain amount of seconds that go into each snap and substitutions. You think the DC could be hands on with that too. It's obviously discussed when game planning where we're more likely to run that in. But it's a situational call in game.

So maybe you're not aware so I'll correct a little bit here. That's Samoan connection were speaking on netted more than simply Francis and Kiko and then tinolu. Just in the immediate, the Samoan connection is what brought Elijah lofton, It's also what brought us SJ in this class. SJ and Elijah's people are one in the same. They only came here specifically because of Joe. I know this for fact since I know Elijah and SJ's people pretty well. I have a feeling Gorman isn't going to be a stomping grounds for us any longer. But I'm hoping that I'm wrong with that part. Because at the end of the day they're at least pretty professional how they go about things at Gorman.


Far as get JT out of here, I certainly wouldn't mind it. But it's probably not going to happen. Maybe his title changes. I doubt that even. But we literally just cost ourselves Ryan Walters because jt was one of the names that we were fighting for. I know everybody likes to blame Mario for the names associated with the staffs etc. But JT was demanded to stay on by the board. Myself I would have far rathered have Ryan Walters here and everybody else on the defensive side of the ball could kick rocks. What stopped him from coming here was JT and Nicholson. We gave up on Nicholson's staying on staff. We conceded that but the board wasn't willing to let JT go. That's why Ryan Walters ended up at Washington instead of here

Hope we get another guy with Poly connections on staff somewhere but I doubt it.
So what you expect new DC, LB, DB... and then some rumors were about Wr coach? Or you think we still get an additional DL coach too?

Interesting stuff.

CIS has a history of assuming that the coach who leaves was solely responsible for the problems that existed (play calling, development, recruiting, etc.). The presumption is that the departed are the problem while those that remain are the solution. It often turns out to be the opposite.

Decent recruiter? That was probably his worst trait lol. If Jason Taylor wasn’t on staff, I couldn’t imagine what this unit would look like right now lol
